Finally found some comfort and relief. This product works great for the back of my heels. I know that it was made to fit into shoes but I needed to get some relief. I was getting sores on the back of my heels/feet because I am in bed a lot and I move around and rub them constantly. I have tried lots of things and then I found these. I couldn't find anything to relieve the soreness. So I saw these and I thought I would try them. So I stick them directly onto the back of my heel (the back of my foot) and then I wear full socks or half socks and my heel no longer hurts from rubbing on my bed. I move my feet around a lot. I just can't help it.

they cut to size easily. That is the positive. I only received them a few hours ago. I have been cutting them to different sizes. Small, medium and larger pieces to see which would fit in the back of my shoe so my heel won’t slip. Not all feet are equal. I think I have both shoes to feel pretty good. But, I have only walked in my house. I will give an UPDATE if necessary after I have walked a mile in my own shoes.UPDATE: I waisted my money. They did not stay in place. I threw them away.

Best used in shoes that are not fabric lined. Will keep when need for heals or bone fabric lined uses. So far failed use on needed shoes.

I do not wear heels often, so having these to put in my heels made all the difference. I was able to walk comfortably in my heels for hours on my cruise.

I bought a pack of these heel cushion inserts to protect the back of my heels from blisters caused by the flats I now wear to work and they work great so far! I like the added bonus of the bottom cushion which is soft and bouncy on the back half of my foot. Adhering them to my shoe was easy, just peel and stick, but I recommend lining up the back heel first and then sort of progressing forward into the shoe if you need that back heel protection, otherwise it might not reach up all the way you need it and they are pretty sticky once they touch the shoe lining. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and price paid. I will definitely be back to buy more for future shoe purchases!
