Good quality
I bought this adapter to use with my iphone 8 with a good quality pair of in-ear drivers. The DAC within this device is good enough for casual listening on the train etc. It doesn't mess around with the EQ the Iphone is putting out and is overall good quality. I would say it is worth buying over the apple adapter.

Another quality product
Great quality that you would expect from anchor. Very useful when my Bluetooth headphones are recharging. Would recommend.

Ideal if you want to use earphones with a Jack rather than Apple’s Lightning earphones
My Apple earphones deteriorated so I got this adapter to enable me to use my a Sennheiser set with a jack. The adapter is small an seems well made. Worked perfected. Just hoping the bit bit more I paid for an Ankrr product is a good investment. I’ve used their leads and Ankrr appear to be quality.

Disappointing, to say the least
Using with an iPhone 11, this does not work properly. Through a pair of Sennheiser HD 280 Pro headphones (yes, these work fine with mobile devices and do not require a headphone amp or more power), which sound great through my MacBook Pro and my 2016 iPhone SE and are a standard for studio recording, this adaptor makes the sound thin and empty and distant. There was also some crackling / break up too. I listened to a YouTube video and a Spotify song, and both were bad. I compared with the iPhone SE with the 3.5mm jack connection too, same headphones.I am not a fan of Bluetooth headphones, as they still cannot match the sound of a good quality set of wired headphones. AirPods are a necessary evil now (no, I am not spending £250 on the big over-ear Sonys, which will sound worse than the Sennheiser HD 280 Pro), and both my wired headphones sound better (the ones already mentioned, and the Sennheiser PX 200 foldable on-ear set). This Anker adaptor seemed to have the best reviews, so I gave it a shot, but yes, hugely disappointing. I'll keep waiting for a quality set of Bluetooth on-ear headphones that can come close to the sound of wired ones, and until then it'll be the wired ones with the laptop and old iPad, and the AirPods with the iPhone 11. Meh.

Audio Adapter with Lightning Connector
I use to work for Apple as a technical specialist, and I hated buying their audio adapters because they never lasted, one of my colleagues recommended that I get one of these and it’s still going great after a year and a half 👍🏾

Fine
Connectors good quality shame the cable is so thin - unsure of the durability of this one will have to see how it goes. Was hoping for a heavier braided cable

Works well
I paid £12.99 for this which is £3.99 more than the official Apple version but I needed it at the time so didn’t mind paying more.Works well and seems more sturdy and solid than the Apple version so I’m happy with it. Think any more expensive and I’d have stuck with the Apple version though...

Not Up to Standard
Enjoy many of Anker’s products. This one is not up to standard. This adapter is flimsy and broke within a month of purchase. Would recommend a more heavy-duty solution.
