Pefect IF Used Correctly / HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Some have written that this tool is too thin or flimsy. I believe they come to that conclusion because they are not using the tool correctly. The tool is not designed to insert one of the rack nut "wings" into the slot and then insert the tool on the other side of the rack nut behind the other "wing" and then PUSH away on the tool....causing torque to try to get the rack nut to squeeze into the slot. That is the wrong technique and will not work. The proper technique is to insert one of the rack nut "wings" into the slot and then insert the tool on the other side of the rack nut behind the other "wing" and catch the other "wing" and PULL the tool quickly back out of the slot. The rack nut snaps in with ease. I can perform this technique with both my dominate hand and my weak hand. While the tool is pricey, it literally was a "snap" and so quick when installing the rack nuts. It was well worth the money since it saved time, saved incurring injury as compared with using a screw driver, and saved me from frustration.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The best tool for installing cage nuts
I needed a replacement tool and this is perfect. Seems a little pricey, but if you need it you will probably like it. You can often use a very small flat screwdriver that has ridges on the blade, but this is more straightforward and you don't need access to work from an angle, you just pull it straight through. Nice tool to have if you maintain any gear that occasionally needs cage nuts (like UPS or switches for instance without the easy snap-in rails).

Slick tool
This is as simple a design as you get. It simply works. For 90% of the holes it is great. However, if you have to insert from the front into a blind hole, not so good. Of course, it's still beats a screwdriver.

Very flimsy and bends too easily... not the best material that could have been used
Although does what it is intended to do, it won’t last too long because the material used is weak and bends easily

Flimsy and easily bendable
I was really surprised at how thin this is. I wish I had noticed that it was a mere 0.02" (0.4mm) thick before I ordered it. It works ok if you support the entire tool with your hand so it doesn't bend. But you can get no leverage out of it without it folding in half. The quality is that of something you might get thrown in for free with a bag of cage nuts. Maybe pay a dollar or two for. But very poor value at $19.

Item does what it should.
Does not have sharp edges that can cut like the APC one supplied with the rack. I really like my fingers not cut up. That's the reason I bought this one.

Very thin and cheap.
Very thin, almost as thin as a razor blade.I had a tool of the same design that got lost but the spring steel was twice as thick, it worked great.I can't imagine this will work more than a couple times.
