We have been very happy with this purchase. It is dirty. It rolls easily. I am the person who has to ride in it. I always feel safe and secure. It is a huge improvement over my old manual left. This product has saved me from calling 911 twice now and has paid for itself with-in 24 hours arriving. I like the fact that I do not have to use electricity to operate it, and it is very efficient. Putting it together was not all that hard, once I started. Four Screws was all that it required, and I am not mechanically efficient, although my husband is, he was not available at that moment to assist. It looks intimating, but once you logically look at it, it makes sense. I personally would recommend this product to anyone who suspects this may be an issue in the future in your household or for a loved one. Some days are good days, some are bad days... It is nice to know I have a solution that doesn't involve a 911 call. Thank you so very much for sending the product quickly.

This is a very well made product, except it was too heavy for me to use alone for my family member. I have to return product and Hi Fortune team made to process painless. It was delivered in a timely manner as well.

Best thing I ever brought. As my son gets bigger my back was killing me transporting him from the bed to wheelchair. This is God sent and sooo easy to put together it kinda comes already together. Awesome!!!

I purchased this lift Nov, 2022. It worked wonderfully until it didn't. I only used the lift 2x daily. While preparing to transfer my husband from the bed to the chair, for some unknown reason, the lift didn't work. The emergency button was released. There was a full charge on the battery. To this day the charge is at 75%. I am unable to operate the lift manually and the handheld remote doesn't work. I've tried to reach out to the company and have responded to their requests for videos and problem descriptions. I was sent the link to a site I cannot access and have not received any type of resolution. I now have a barely used non working hoyer sitting in my room.

Thank goodness I could order this easily from Amaxon it’s made helping Dad recover from stroke so much easier. I use the sling that came with it which is just fine for transferring to wheelchair. The only disappointment I have is the highest lift height is a little short. I was hoping to use it to help with practice walking along with walker but it doesn’t get high enough to clear Dad’s head and he’s only 5’4”

Used to transfer a handicap individual from chair to bed, and toilet. Works extremely well, smooth, quiet. Individual weighs 140 lb. Price is 1/4 what other lift manufactures charge for their medical products, which won't be approved by insurance anyway.

My 91 year old grandmother had a stroke & the rehab hospital decided she was good enough to go home. Needless to say she was not. Couldn't walk stand or use the bathroom or even help my mother & I while we moved her, complete dead weight. Didn't help that we had no idea as to what we were doing & hurting her was just a matter of time. I ordered this and it has made a rough situation a bit more manageable. She can now stand with the aid of the lift & start getting strength back & is starting to take steps. If it was not for this piece of equipment she woukd have spent the rest of her days lying in a bed wasting away. It is a good sturdy safe game changer. It even arrived early . The sling that comes with it didnt help as much as the stand up harness I bought seperately does though. We were worried that we would end up burnt out or resentful or even injured by being her caregivers, this gave us hope of that not happening.i would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is caring for a stroke patient.
