Looks modern and very elegant.

I think that this pot looks super cute and is a great versatile size that will fit many plants through the years, but have taken off two stars for two reasons. Reason one is that after about a year of owning it, some of the gold paint has started to smudge off. Reason two is that the construction of the pot is such that when water comes out the drainage hole in the bottom, the bottom rim of the pot seals it off from actually draining into the tray/shallow dish. This is a problem for me because I am using it for succulents that need to be soaked and then completely drained, but the pot's construction make this impossible. I solved the problem by putting some pennies under the pot to lift it slightly and allow water to flow into the tray. This is working well and you can't really see them, but I would still only recommend this pot for plants that thrive in wetter soils.

Very nice, beautiful and heavy pot. Looks great on the counter. The saucer it comes with is really not big enough though, and completely overflows with even a sprinkle of water, so I would recommend getting a different saucer to go with it if you really like this pot.

When my coworker gifted us, her main work gals, each a sentimental Hoya succulent for Christmas—I knew I wanted to treat my new little Hoya with the same specialness. But who knew looking for a quality, single, attractive “forever pot” would be so difficult to find on my favorite marketplace (Amazon)! I spent my odd free time over several days searching for a pot that was well-made, the right size, and that had a positive user backing that made me feel confident in the possibility of my Hoya living in it for the duration of its long life. But then, I found Potey. On paper, this little modern painted pot checked all the boxes. And when it arrived—it truly delivered! It came perfectly packaged in protective styrofoam and wrapping: which it DEFINITELY needed! The pot itself is traditional and standard (in the best way possible!). It’s made of very thick, sturdy ceramic like every classic and desirable planter pot. And the grated bottom outlet and matching saucer make it PERFECT for my little Hoya to live comfortably at my office, without me worrying about it making a mess. It’s perfect. Nice sturdy pot. Looks just like the photos. I ordered a large and it’s the size of a small pot. I ended up finding a larger pot at Walmart because this is just too small for my large plant. I ended up still using it just so I didn’t waste my money

I LIKE it. I din’t love it. It reminds me if Palm Springs decor. The gold band is what does that. Not me. I’ll probably give it away as a gift to someone with that style.

I did receive this as a sponsored partner but the pot is absolutely gorgeous. It is sturdy and compact (the tray is just the right size for the pot so if you have problems like I do fitting a bunch of plants in my space it's great). I also appreciate the drainage hole is pretty good size, a lot of pretty ceramic pots I find have such tiny holes that it defeats the purpose. For a ceramic pot I did find it pretty light weight but because it is ceramic it's always going to have a bit more heft than terracotta or plastic. Will definitely be purchasing some with my own money once my collection grows/potting up some of my babies. The packaging was really sturdy and I think it would be hard to break, but it is all styrofoam. If they were able to find a different packaging medium that is more earth friendly it would be perfect.

Bought 3 of these very nice pots, just the colours I wanted - if a bit expensive!
