The product itself appears to be fine. However, after many attempts to reach T-fal itself, through chats, emails, and voice messages, and then patiently trying to work through one of their distributors, both I and the distributor have determined that there is no customer support available from T-Fal. I would recommend anyone considering buying from T-fal consider other companies. We buy these kinds of products with an expectation that a reputable company is still behind them and so we can expect our purchases to have been manufactured with the attention to quality a reputable company would provide. I now wonder about each of the T-fal products I've bought in the past several months.
