Arrived on time. A bit larger than expected, but great for a crowd dessert.

I am not a great baker but I made a special birthday cake in this pan. It came out easily . I used a cheesecake filling and topped with fruit. It looked professional. Looking forward to other creations!

It worked out beautifully. However, I don’t think that the pan should costs this much.

...and makes a GREAT cake for adding berries/whipped cream/curds on top in the indentation.

I've looked for years for such a pan! If you like experiment with baking, this pan is a must in your bakeware!

I bought this Mary Ann cake pan from Amazon.com while on a trip to the US. I baked in it the first time yesterday. And the cake didn't come out. Non stick coating is not a very quick release type like in other high end bake ware like Nordic Ware (although the prices are comparable). When the cake finally came out after a lot of tricks and tips it wasn't smooth and was broken at the edges. I used butter and flour to line the pan but still I didn't get the results as expected. I am a home Baker and luckily the cake was for our home. If it had been an order I would have incurred losses.
