In this day and age, Hot sauces In this day and age hot sauces have become like slapping contests. It seems the winner is the one that knocks you out.It was a pleasure tasking something that had charm and flavor and was not trying to kill me.Flavors of salt, vinegar, spices.. traditional stuff.

There is only one hot sauce that I like better than this, and that is sold under the label of Louisiana hot sauce with a yellow label Oh sorry this is my favorite one. I was thinking this is crystal sauce. This is my favorite seasoning on Poboys red beans and rice gumbo you name it. It’s a Louisiana staple.

I’ve tried a plethora of hot sauces and find myself always coming back to this one. It has good flavor and the “hotness” is just right. Helps with adding an extra kick to my meal prepped meals. Do yourself a favor and buy this instead of buying those gimmicky low calorie hot sauces - your tastebuds will thank you.

It all started 65 years ago at Lake Texoma. Several of the family went down there to relax and eat hot spiced shrimp. Every table had this and A1 on it. A small mound of ketchup, A1, and LHS. It's been my go to sauce every since. I really don't care for the brutal hot sauce they sell nowadays.

What I really like about it is that it's got a bit of a vinegary taste and adds a nice kick to everything I put it on. The heat level? Great! It's got just the right amount of spice without blowing my taste buds away. It's killer on my morning scrambled eggs and I put it on tamales/tacos all of the time. If you're into hot sauce like me, you gotta give it a try! It's a great option to have along side other hot sauces like Cholula.
