Once I figured out that you have to let the color dry before you use the balm side of this it worked perfectly. I apply the color and do other aspects of my make up then when the color is dry I apply the balm. This color stays on through meals, showering, brushing teeth and even if you have a habit of licking your lips. You can apply the balm again if it gets dry. I’ve been using these for months and love it. The only downside is you really have to rub it off to get it completely off. I suppose that exfoliates the lips some but it’s time consuming. It’s a price I’m willing to pay for not having to reapply my lipstick.

Very good lip gloss. Color is accurate and does last a long time, but not as long as advertised hence the 4 stars. Important to wait for the color to dry before applying the clear overcoat. Can be difficult to remove so keep makeup remover wipes handy!

I love this product. This lipstick is not like regular lipstick. Put it on. Wait until almost dry. I blow on it a few times and then apply the gloss stick. It will stay on all day. Of course you might reuse the gloss stick to remoisten the lips. I do not. The whole purpose of using it is to avoid the lipstick hassle. I love this product. But Maybelline should have more dark color choices. FYI: I use tea oil to remove it. Yes, this product works well for me.

Ive been using this product for years. I'm 79 years old and my choice is a soft pink color that only has to be put on once a day! There is a clear wax cream that you put on over the lip color and that's it for the whole day and night. The color stays, never smears.

For a long wear lipstick, this is not too bad. Easy application, second step sealant is moisturizing-more so than Rammell and cover girl competition. However, while the pigment is beautiful just applied, it quickly fade, luckily it doesn’t smudge or smear. I’d still Recommend rimmel’s16 hour over this and other brands... it’s the longest lasting, life-occurrence-impervious lipwear with a range of shades that don’t fade, feather or fail in fierce fortitude .... but good try maybelline. I do dig the Orchid shade itself... too bad it requires reapplication after just a few hours.

I'm a make up fanatic! BUT a lot of colors don't match. So these are the ones I've bought the last year???? #1 the label for the color & # aren't readable. Ive found that taking a picture of the color label with my phone helps to magnify it so either I can see it or my hubby can read it. Right now nothing is returnable because of covid. Most stores won't let you return lipstick. Is this maybellines way of getting rich?

It didnt last 24 Hours, but the hydrating stick at first, makes this lipstick feel very comfortable, Not like the very plastic feel of the other long lasting lip colors. I'll Buy again for sure Thanks

A good stay on lipstick, but it dries out so you have to keep the clear fresh. I like it though.

I have now ordered 4 of these lipsticks from Amazon. I've learned that the colour swatches in the product images should not be trusted. Look at the colour of the container in picture of the actual product to determine what the colour will look like on your lips. The On and On Orchid looked like a pretty rosey colour on the swatch, but it is actually a baby pink colour (like it looks on the container)

After eating food colour shade and littel dry. And it's not cover full lips....but stay
