Electrolytes without the junk
Great quality and quantity for less. Electrolytes without the sugar, so tastes salty. Personally most helpful for migraines and leg cramps.

Life saver for pregnancy
Hello-- if anyone hasn't noticed, electrolyte drink packets can be so expensive. When I was pregnant with our 4th kid, the only thing that kept me from getting sick was drinking those packets. I had an idea of looking for the essential minerals and then making my own drink mix. I'm so glad I found these! Here was my recipe: 1/2 tsp fasting salts, 1 TBS lemon juice, a squirt of honey to taste, 16 oz water, a dash of pink salt. It's so yummy and very hydrating!

In a 14-16 oz drink, I put in half of the scoop not the full which does the trick. Great source of Magnesium and Potassium!

great electrolytes, started a 30 day fast Jan 1, and so far no slow down; as I've had in some early days in past fast, until I took a teaspoon of Himalayan salt.

Prepare to Have Sea Water.
Like that it has all the Vitamins necessary for one person. the price seems fair and reasonable. Only thing is this is Literally DRINKING SEA WATER. its it Extremely Extremely Salty and Sometimes i Do not want to drink it on how Salty it is.
