What size is large in inches -- large is a silly comeback as answered to Stewart in Sept 2019. Inches?

I PURCHASED ATHLETIC SUPPORTS AND AM COMFORTABLE WITH THE SIZE LARGE. I HAVE A 34 INCH WAIST AND THE SIZE LARGE FITS TIGHTLY. HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL.

Does it have Velcro's and may it be adjusted for snugness?

There is no Velcro or any way to adjust the fit it worked fine for me after a surgery in the area and it was plenty snug read the description and get the right size for yourself
