I bought this for my 5 year old child who loves puzzles, unicorns, mermaids and working with small pieces. This was a hit! The pieces are in fact VERY small, but they fit together quite easily and my child found it entertaining to connect the pieces over the diagram in order to create the images. My only complaint is that the pieces came in a plastic bag rather than some kind of container for storage. I would have been happy to pay a slightly higher price if it came in a storage container. Other than that, this product is a great value and I expect it to have a long play life in our house

I bought this for my five and a half year old daughter. She's had lots of fun creating the unicorn and then carrying it around to watch other things with us. I had friends look at it and ask if it was melted beads. It's very similar, but you can take it apart and make a different image without buying more beads.My daughter was concerned about the mermaid eyes though. She didn't like that they weren't the same or able to have eyelashes. So if your child is very particular about things like that, I'd recommend using some of the included extra pieces and make the whole face the same color.I've found them satisfying to use as well. The snap together with the same satisfaction of putting together puzzle pieces, but with these, they always fit! I highly recommend this for any child (or adult) who is old enough to not swallow the small pieces, but loves arts and crafts. The re-usability makes them a wonderful present!

We loved these puzzles! The pieces are small, they snap together well, and the completed puzzle is strong enough to pick up. I wish I had found them when my oldest was ~7 yrs old.

This product is very cool, but harder than it appears. The pieces are different shades of the same color and if your not following the pattern closely it’s easy to mess up. It’s also hard to get a piece off if you make a mistake without breaking a section. Having said that my 7 year old loves that we did it as a family and the finished product is very cool. I would buy another set

This was a gift for my 7 year old granddaughter. We had a lot of fun assembling it. It is fairly easy with the template included, but you don't have to just use that. Let your creativity run wild when you make anything you can imagine. It was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. I must say though the pieces were a little hard for this grandma to handle. They are small! My granddaughter did fine with them.

My grandson loves building thing's and putting things together and this product is great for him.

My son (age 11) LOVED this kit. He sat for a few hours over several days following the pattern to make these cute figures. It kept him occupied (i.e. NOT bored) and I loved that it didn't involve him having his face in a screen or on a video game. Five stars from this mom … hoping they make some more designs.
