I needed these vitamins after bariatric surgery. It's an all in one multi vitamin. They melt in your mouth and the taste is not bad at all! And the price is amazing

With the other brand nestle, I had to chew 4 tablets a day. It was chalky. Didn't like the taste at all! Bari Slim is 3 times a day. The taste reminds me of one of my old school sweet tart candies, with a bit of after taste. No complaints here, it is....what It is! I will say this, make sure you take these vitamins while your eating. Never take it on a empty stomach without eating. Never take it after your meal, because you just forgot. The reason why.....is because these vitamins seem more potent and concentrated. I've taken it on a empty stomach without eating ( by accident). And taken it after a meal ( because I forgot), I got such a nauseated feeling. I quickly had to eat something. I would purchase these vitamins again.

These contain everything I need post WLS, in the appropriate quantities. This was one of the only vitamins I found that didn't contain iron and calcium together (which compete for absorbtion). I purchased the mixed berry, and they are very good. They're kinda sweet (sweetened with sucralose) and I don't feel like they have that nasty aftertaste that comes with most chewables. You take 3 tablets per day. I divide them up throughout my day.

Although this is a smaller size chewable vitamin than some of the others the horrible smell and taste of these is what gives it 1 star. The taste did not even have a hint of strawberry to it.

Taste is a little odd until you get used to taking. Also big doses on most of the vitamins, thats a plus!!

I’m truly sorry but the taste is awful

I had gastric bypass in 2008 and only took the special chewable vitamins recommended by my doctor for a year or so. They were expensive and hard to find at that time. I've only taken regular vitamins since. But I am anemic, so something isn't working there. Back to chewable pills. I bought these because they were a decent price, quick delivery, and average reviews. I have only had one dose of those so far and I am already worried I won't be able to deal with the chalkiness that lingers. I will give it a try and see. Today I took one this morning and will take another later. Maybe not having all 3 at one time would be good. UPDATED - after spending a lot of time trying to find a different chewable multivitamin with iron, I was not having a lot of luck. So, I decided to try a different flavor. The mixed berry is better overall, but still, this is like eating chalk. (at least I assume. I've never actually eaten any). For what it is, this is a decent flavor and much needed for me and my health. So I will keep using it unless I ever find something better.

I tried these because of the reviews I read, especially the one that said they taste like smarties. They really do! They are easy to chew and not chalky in my opinion. Recent bloodwork came back great so they are doing the job I expected them to do. Plus there is no soy in these like other bariatric vitamins.
