What do I need to say? It arrived in its box and took only five minutes to connect up. Twenty minutes later, I was enjoying a nice cup of coffee. This is a major upgrade from our old Lincat EB4 because this one has a seven-day on/off timer and also Eco Mode which dramatically reduces power consumption. It should speak volumes that when we needed to replace our old (10-15 year) unit which had been on every day, I only bothered to look at the Lincat range.

Purchased to replace the hot water boiler we currently have as that one was not reaching temperature, easy to install we will just have to wait and see what the life span of this boiler will be. Filter cartridge's are easier to fit as our previous one (another brand) you had to empty the machine to fit the cartridge from underneath the machine.

It works well and looks good

Faulty only had 8 months

Plastic surface protection took some getting off, there for a reason of course! Easy to install after.

We have a need for a continuous supply of boiling water. This fits the bill. Our first malfunctioned however Amazon swiftly sent a replacement and arranged to take the broken one away.

This item had to be returned because there was a leak when connected. The package arrived without any bubble wrap, just in a box.

Had them before good reliable machine use ours daily lasts about 2 years
