Brabantia Bo Pedal Bin - 2 x 30L Inner Buckets (White) Large Waste/Recycling Kitchen Bin - Soft Closing Lid

Well packaged on arrival, classy bin that just blends in! Yes the bin is expensive but if you look around most bins of this quality and size are a similar price. So definitely think it’s worth it, the pedal is long and strong and can’t see it breaking like others in the past. Also would like to mention there is a lock on the inside which may be handy for people with children as I know my nephew would find his way into the bin if he could! Good size for rubbish, we actually have integrated bins from b and q in our kitchen cupboard and they are so small and impractical. Great bin! Additionally, other bins have a silver handle in the middle so you can only put the bin liner over it which makes it awkward but these have finger hole / ridges to pull each compartment up. Very helpful.

Superb bin: looking for one that’s big enough for the whole family and practical. Can’t stress enough about practicality as this is lacking in my “modern new build home” but this bin of all things helps! Buy one! You won’t be disappointed and it will save you many trips to the main bin to put out trash

Was looking for a well sized bin that was not too big and bulky but you could still use for both usual waste and recycling. This really fits that criteria. Looks great, fits in the corner of the kitchen well. Expect it will last a long time as build quality is great too. It’s a bit on the pricey end for a bin but it does the job well, looks great and should hopefully last a long time.

….I’m really pleased with this bin……….I have deducted a star, just for the cost of it only (Please ignore the two items stuck to the inside of the lid in my attached photos and video - these are my own deodorisers and do not come with the bin) It is brilliant white, you know, a proper, proper white, white, not a muted off-white! It is a great size, holds loads, being 60L……… …..but, most importantly, when it is full, which took me two weeks to fill, and then sat for another few days, waiting to be emptied, there was absolutely no nasty bin smells leaking from it. Absolutely delighted. I needed a large, odour free bin because I am housebound, so sometimes it can take a while to get my rubbish taken outside to my main bins. This bin is fitting the bill perfectly - so much so that I am considering ordering the shorter version in it too It wipes clean easily. The foot pedal works seamlessly. Handles on each side, which makes moving it very easy. It is lightweight (when not full of rubbish) Two things of note: 1. The red clip on the inside, which when switched, holds the lid wide open, is quite stiff and, being so small, is fiddly and difficult to grip. Over the few weeks I have been using it, it has eased a little. At the beginning I always had to use two hands to move it back and forth. I have attached a video of it in operation. The clip does work in that it does hold the lid open, but I am unsure if it has any advantages over any other bins that have ways of keeping the lid open. Also, I feel the clip is too near the actual rubbish contents when full, and can end up splattered……I do wear gloves though 2. I can’t seem to find an inner bin rest, for when removing / replacing the bag. Usually, the inner bin lifts a little, and settles on a ledge, making replacing and removing the bag easier. I can’t seem to find a ledge on this bin, so currently, taking the whole inner bin out, to remove / replace the bag. (Think I need to read the description again, in case I am missing it) All in all though, and apart from the high cost, I think this is a fantastic bin. I have owned Brabantia bins before. None of them have disappointed me, including this one, which is their best yet I feel. Very happy to recommend

I used to have a plastic bin from Wilkinson; although I can’t fault it’s purpose this was definitely an upgrade. It unfortunately arrived with a dent in the lid which I was refunded a sum for the defect however I wish I had done an exchange as it’s beginning to bug me. The outside is very easy to clean given it’s sleek design, and the nooks on the edges of the opening are quite easy to get to.. however when you take the bin out, the grooves at the bottom are very hard to get to and tedious to clean as there’s 10 of them! Overall I’m very satisfied with the bin, the liners sit very neat and are easy to dispose of. Family of 4 and one liner gets me through 2.5 days (approx)

Kitchen bins are expensive, why? Who knows. Cheaper on broke so got this, more expensive but looks good, works well and has 10 year guarantee.

Product feels nice and delivery was good. However, very disappointed to see this brand new bin has some dents in it. I have bought this brand new and expected an undamaged product. I have seen there's several other comments saying product arrives with dents (although the outer packaging was intact). When spending this kind of money on a bin, you expect better!

■我が自治体は生ゴミは週２回。4人家族の家でしたら、十分ゴミが入り切る量だと思う。うちの場合今は夫婦2人だけなので、逆に少し大きすぎた感があるぐらい。。。 自治体指定のゴミ袋は30Lと45Lがあるが、30Lのゴミ袋では小さすぎてゴミ箱に引っかからないので使用不可。仕方なく45Lのゴミ袋を使用（45Lでもギリギリ）している。ですので、ゴミ袋の大きさには注意が必要。 ■30Lから45Lの大きさのゴミ箱を探していたが、やはり縦長の高さがあるものばかり。。。うちはカウンターの下にゴミ箱を設置したかったので、ずっと横長のゴミ箱を探していたが。。。。2ヶ月近くかかってやっと、高さ低めのこの横長のゴミ箱を発見。横長のゴミ箱が欲しい人は、お値段少し高いですが、これ一択です。 ■これぐらいのお値段を出せば、現在は 自動オープンのゴミ箱が主流ですが、壊れて開かなくなったとか、誤動作が多いとかの話をよく聞くので、ペダル式のこのゴミ箱はその点安心。しかもペダルが幅広なので、間違いなく踏めます。 ■見た目は清潔なシルバーできれいな作り。プラスチックの内箱がある２重構造なので、臭いニオイは全く漏れない。なにより良いのは、ペダルを離すと、ゆっくり蓋が閉じること。なので閉じた時の音がほとんどしない。いいゴミ箱に当たりました。 唯一の弱点は、ゴミ袋を出すとき、内箱を一旦ゴミ箱から外に完全に出してからでないと、うまくゴミ袋を出すことができないこと。この点は少し面倒ですが、まあ週に２回のことですし、これは致し方なし。。。と思っています。

Ich mochte das Design des Brabantia Mülleimers, fand den Preis aber zu teuer. Über die Amazon Seite war die Retourenware eine gute Alternative. In der Beschreibung war die Delle an der Seite dokumentiert und wir wollten uns darauf einlassen. Der Mülleimer wurde in der Originalverpackung (sogar mit 3 Müllbeuteln) geliefert und hatte nur eine leichte Beule an der Seite. Durch die Farbe und die Position ist diese aber kaum sichtbar! Wir freuen uns einen so stylischen und hochwertigen Mülleimer erhalten zu haben! Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Un excellent produit qui allie esthétisme et praticité pour une gestion des déchets très efficace ! Niveau capacité, elles est optimisée. Les deux bacs de 30L permettent un tri efficace des déchets sans prendre trop de place. Concernant la pedale, elle est très pratique. L’ouverture est fluide et permet une utilisation hygiénique, sans contact direct. Quant à la fermeture, elle est super silencieuse et le couvercle se referme en douceur, évitant les bruits gênants. Un grande satisfaction concernant le côté hermétique car aucune odeur ne s’échappe, ce qui est un vrai plus pour la propreté et le confort. Enfin l'entretien est super facile. Les matériaux sont simples à nettoyer, ce qui garantit une bonne hygiène au quotidien. Je tiens à remercier aussi la petite attention en plus de fournir quelques sacs poubelles. Je recommande et ça change vraiment le quotidien.
