I have began taking this regularly. I see that it has helped reduce the belly puch that I have. I have lost 5-7 lbs in just about 3 weeks. I will comtinue to use it regularly

I'm sorry, it just doesn't do anything. It's just like I am not taking anything to help. The ingredients were not available, and when I got them I see it has calcium in it. Not a good idea.
