I have searched a long time for products such as this. It has always bothered me that all the filter products sit in a plastic Vessel. I can read more and more information about micro plastics in the human body. Another area of interest has been higher pH and drinking water and it has been important to me. I found this product and it exceeded all my expectations. It filters fast and the water taste fantastic. The design of the bottle, beautiful and artistic. It’s heavy of course because it’s glass but it is a benchmark of a quality product. I would recommend this to all. PS I made a lot of literature and the more they’re finding about micro plastics and more. I’m beginning to wonder if a lot of this relates to our high incidence of mental illness and dementia and metabolic issues in society today. I have a feeling we’re gonna find some interesting things here in the future. Kudos for bringing product like this to the market and it’s not easy with something made of glass and delicate like this.

I received the Glass Alkaline Water Pitcher with the glass broken. I returned it and before I could get the broken one to the UPS, a new one came. The return was fast. I love the glass pitcher, a little heavy but doable. You have to be careful with glass anyway, so I pick it up with the handle and my other hand on the spout side. You will love it!

Update again. I received the replacement. Straight out of the box the lid was broken and the bottom of the pitcher was cracked. I give up!Update: I contacted the company’s client services and they were great! They resolved my issue quickly and with no additional concerns.I’ve only had this pitcher for 1 week and the lid has already separated. For $60, I expected better. Should have listened to other reviews about the quality of the pitcher. I will say the filter works great and it’s probably the smoothest water I have drank.

Nice quality. Not thin or super fragile. The water tastes crisp. Definitely recommend. From the first sip you can taste the difference! Easy to set up, with goid water capacity.

I waited 8 months and a few filter changes before writing this review.PROS:-Great tasting water-Convenient filtered water. I also have the additional filter that filters out .01 microns which is a lot better than you’ll get with Brita or Pur.-Not plasticCONS:-Yes my lid did get moldy, I even wiped it down with a towel in between uses. I removed one star for this. But one email to their customer service and I got a replacement lid lined with metal. I’ve had the new lid for 6 months now and no issues. According to their social media all pitchers will now have this new lid, not sure if this includes orders made through Amazon though, it may be worth checking with them before ordering.-TASTE: if you don’t like the taste right away don’t worry, it will mellow out in about 2-5 days. I’m reminded after each filter change how strong the taste is at the beginning of a filters life, but I like it and it does go on to taste like nothing after a few days, even if you discard the recommended 2-3 pitchers after changing the filter.-One thing I didn’t read in the description here (I may have missed it) but saw in the manual is that you have to keep enough filtered water in the pitcher to cover the bottom of the filter. I was hoping to use this pitcher to track how much water I drink during the day and hope to have it empty by a certain time, but to keep the bottom of the filter submerged I have to refill the pitcher about every other time I fill up my water bottle, so it never gets fully empty. Not a deal breaker but a minor inconvenience.So if you’re looking for a pitcher filter that can filter up to .01 microns and isn’t plastic, I highly recommend this pitcher.

This is a beautiful pitcher! Once the filter is in place and it's filled with water, it's quite heavy, and the thin glass handle doesn't provide a lot of support to hold and pour from it - it would be nice to make the handle wider and/or put some anti-slip rubber/silicone material on it so that you can feel more confident pouring one handed. I find myself wrapping both hands around the pitcher itself to pour more often than anything because it feels more secure -- and I have a fair amount of arm and hand strength. Also, this is likely the same for all pitchers like this because of the filter (so no stars removed because of it - just an fyi) but it doesn't hold as much water as I hoped. I can get about two full glasses of water out of it and I'm then refilling the pitcher. Refilling isn't a one shot deal either because the water has to go through the initial chamber, which fills quickly - you then have to wait for that water to go down and then refill at least one more time to get a full pitcher of filtered water.

I live in a large city with famously soft water, which is not great for folks with stomach issues. This helps enormously, especially at night, and the water tastes better too. The filter drip speed is about on par for the industry, though I wish they took a page out of zero's book and pre-soaked their filters.The pitcher looks great. I can see why some find it heavy since it's glass. If I had wrist issues, I would just get a plastic or countertop model. But this glass one works great for me.I've had it for several months and haven't noticed any "mold" issue as earlier reviews do, but it appears the top is now sealed with metal on its underside, which probably solved it.

Pitcher is lovely but during the first use the wood lid became unglued from the stainless underside. A different fastening method is needed in the design.UPDATE: Company refunded my money, which wasn't necessary. The pitcher is lovely it's just that the lid design needs a little help.
