Very worried with batteries. When I put it in my scooter afrer charging 24 hours, the battery needle went down. I have been riding my scooter for a while now and the needle is still down but have stayed in same position. I charge my scooter every night and sometimes do not drive during day. I have told the seller but they want serial number and everyone knows its very hard to get those numbers coz once they in, they in. Very hard and difficult to get someone to help open it and get those serial numbers. Anylehew the scooter is slow but has not let me down yet. Should anything go heywire you'll hear from me again.

After 5 months the batteries started draining, no issue with chair or charger. Customer service was rubbish, wanted my mother to be without a wheelchair so they could test the batteries, which I explained wouldn't be possible and they didn't care just said there was nothing they could do.
