Facial Toner with Witch Hazel & Vitamin C, 6 fl. oz.

I want to like this product because of all the ingredients & 'great' reviews it has, unfortunately, it smells so terrible after application. I tried using it the first time after washing my face, before going to bed, but that only lasted about 5 minutes when I had to clean it off & put a different, nice smelling toner on.I then tried it again 2 days later...shaking it vigorously prior to usage in hopes that it would mix away the smell, however, it did not.If you have a sensitive nose, I would NOT recommend this. However, I know in a short amount of time after smelling something putrid, we as humans have what is called 'sensory adaptation' in which the smell should no longer be an issue, so if that is taken into consideration, then I guess that could make this usable to those of us that are sensitive to the scent.*UPDATE*After writing my review, I was contacted by the company. They replaced my 2 bottles (no return needed), and let me know if I am still unsatisfied with their product, they would issue me a 100% return. Excellent customer service, in my opinion. The bottles they sent smelled better. I'm assuming I received a 'bad batch', initially. I do applaud the company in their efforts to make it right. I feel that with the customer service alone, they deserve 5 stars. I look forward to purchasing more from them in the future.

I've tried many, many toners over the years and this is by far the best I've ever tried. I have extremely sensitive skin that is oily with dry patches. I am a huge fan of all Amara products and use several of them with great success. I started using this product several weeks ago and several things happened. The oily parts of my face arent as oily and the dry patches are GONE! I use this in the morning on clean damp skin, in the afternoon as a complexion pick-me-up, and again at night after removing my makeup. Sometimes I just spritz it directly on my face, other times I spritz it on a cotton ball and wipe that over my face. Either way, my skin is soft and glowing! There is no tingling, tightness, redness or burning. My face feels refreshed and clean without being stripped! This product does have an unusual odor, but it's not strong and it's certainly not offensive enough to make me stop using it. I will certainly be keeping this product in my bag, and am even thinking about purchasing another one to keep in the refrigerator for a nice cool treat! Also important to note....Amara Organics has fabulous customer service!! Great product, great service....DEAL!

I do like this toner. I had been wanting it for a while after purchasing the Amara Organics Vitamin C serum which I love. I do feel as though the toner is somewhat pricey as it has not lasted as long as I thought it would. I use it every night after washing my face by spraying it directly on my face. I did eventually start spraying a little on a cotton square as well and wiping my face which seems to work somewhat better as i do usually see some residue on the square. Overall I am satisfied with this product and will most likely purchase again.

Positive:+ Excellent, relatively short list of organic ingredients+ Balances pH well, leaves skin smooth and refreshed+ Absorbs quickly and easily, with little to no residue or "tacky" film+ Competitive price and volume+ Spray bottle makes application more efficientNegative (subjective):- Has a mild "nutty" or must smell that quickly dissipates (may be unpleasant for some, but is not that strong)- Doesn't have as many ingredients as comparable toners (not necessarily a bad thing)Usage Notes:- I am a male with adult moderate and cystic acne and combination oily/dry skin- I use this in conjunction with a regular regimen including a gentle cleanser and moisturizerApplication - I spray this liberally all over my face and neck and gently pat inAmara Organics is an excellent company, with great customer service, that produces quality, organic products that do not have a "Kitchen Sink" of ingredients.** For those with sensitive skin or allergies, Amara Organics products are nice because you can easily identify ingredients that may be harmful to you, as opposed to competitors who may include additional ingredients, in all-in-one solutions.I recommend! Amara Organics is a new brand to me. I have only used this toner once, so I'm going to give my initial reaction to it and then in a few weeks, I'll come back and update this review with my end thoughts.First off, the package was received on time and in perfect condition. No cracks or spills. It is tightly wrapped in shrink wrap to keep it air tight.The directions say to shake well before use. Spray directly on to face or on a cotton pad. I sprayed the product on to my face. The toner drys quickly and leaves skin with a moisturized feeling, not greasy.*I do want to point out I have very oily skin* I did have an issue with the smell at first. I have read other commenters complain about the smell. The smell is pretty strong initially. If you do not like the smell of Witch Hazel, you will not like this toner. I haven't used Witch Hazel in about a year so I forgot what it had smelled like. With that being said, the smell does not linger. It dissipates in about 10-15 mins and all that is left is moisturized skin.I also wanted to mention the costumer service is superb! I received an email this morning (before I got my package) from the company just letting me know that they were here for me if I had any questions. I contacted the company after opening the bottle to talk about the smell and to make sure that it wasn't unusual. Jennifer the co-founder was very helpful and was quick to say that if I wasn't 100% satisfied they could send me a new bottle for free or refund my money. I didn't have to return the item. I love when companies are available when needed and stand by their products.

Je ne fais pas réellement de 7 skin (application de 7 couches successives de lotion avec temps de séchage entre) mais je fais environ 3 applications de lotion.J'ai choisi cette lotion pour ses ingrédients actifs qui laisse ma peau hydratée grâce à l'aloe vera, prête à accueillir mes sérums avec l'acide glycolique entre autre.

I really enjoy using this toner, like the rest of the range it has a delicate fragrance. I like the fact it has all the active ingredients necessary to prepare your skin for all the following serums and creams. It arrived quickly. I received an email from the company to explain how to use the products which was informative. The whole range is very well priced and after using the first 3 items and being very satisfied I quickly purchased the rest of the range to use

Lovely products, my skin looks and feels better, after using an expensive renowned brand for 20 years, I tried these products following the 3 step routine I have always followed, with the addition of the serum and after a few days my skin felt better, after 2 weeks there was a noticeable difference, my skin looks less lined and more radiant..Highly recommend.

I like the idea that this toner comes with a pump as it means less waste and so the product is value for money. I agree with other reviews - the scent isn't pleasant at all but by the time it dries up and then serum and moisturizer are applied, no trace of the scent is left.Apart from the scent issue I believe that this is one of the best toners I ever tried even if I just used it a couple of times. I hope that in the long run it will give the very good results other Amara Beauty products give.

I'm not 100% sure about this toner. Still on the fence. I brought it because my normal vitamin c toner by instanatural is currently unavailable on Amazon uk and I thought it would be a good substitute looking at previous reviews. The toner works well with my extremely sensitive skin. No irritation. It does not break me out. You do feel like your pores has tightened after apply it. However I am not a fan of the smell. I can't describe it but it definitely doesn't not smell very nice. It can also leave a white residue on the face if you spray to much. I'm dark skin so its easily apparent. But more importantly I haven't seen a real difference to the overall appearance of my skin although I have been using it for about a month now. So... I wouldn't completely rule it out as the toner does have some positives but compared to the instanatural toner, I personally don't think it's as good.
