Nice chocolate but useless for hot chocolate
I had big hopes and dreams for this chocolate, wanting to make a delicious hot choccie, with it being made from good beans, but I have tried to make a hot chocolate a couple of times and it just doesn't work.The flavour isn't nice when made into a drink, it doesn't mix well and it is not a good chocolate for what I wanted it for.However, the chocolate drops to just nibble on are quite nice. A robust, fruity, almost coffee taste.So I will snack on it but I won't try and drink it again.

Packets came in one inedible crystalized block!! no drops....
I have ordered these before and been very satisfied. I ordered quite a number of bags to stock up and it was a while (still well within use by date) until I opened a bag and to my suprise there was one large crystalised block of "something" inside which was inedible!!! all bags were the same..... I have tried under my amazon account to return however, as its past 30 days I do not seem able to so that's a lot of money lost....
