I have tried many brands of probiotics, this brand has worked wonderful for me and has made a huge difference in quality of life. This has improved my digestive system immensely.

Over the past 3 years I've tried different probiotics. Until I used this product I realized there is a big difference. Without going in details ... In short, it works. I used the first 2 bottles as directed, 2 capsules a day. I take it in the morning after coffee and on empty stomach. I wait about 60 minutes before eating. I will be starting on my 3rd botlle and plan on taking 1 capsule a day or maybe 2 capsules every other day. i think this is what makes it works better than past products = APPLE POLYPHENOLS, PINEAPPLE FRUIT EXTRACT, INULIN PREBIOTIC.

Works well. I'll keep ordering this brand.

I'm not sure why it took me so long to jump on the pre/probiotic bandwagon. I feel so much better now that I've begun taking these. My stomach is much happier and I feel better all around with my digestion. I don't always remember to take them before my meal, but I have still seen good results when I take them after. This season my stomach has been great and I'm still holding out with all the random bugs going around. I'm attributing both to this!

This is the first probiotic I have tried that also has a prebiotic with it. This is also the first one I’ve tried that I will be purchasing again. There was no upset after first starting them and no aftertaste when digesting. I have IBS and these are the best ones I have tried that help so far. Would definitely recommend for great gut health.

The product arrive, it looks fine, but sadly the luggage was stolen before can be use!

While these probiotics were easy to swallow and reasonably priced, I experienced a severe acne breakout on my back after taking them for the past month. Acne flare-ups are a known side effect of high-strength probiotics.Interestingly, I didn't even take the full recommended dose of 100 billion CFU. I reduced the dosage to just one tablet, which contains 50 billion CFU, but the acne breakout was still quite severe. I don't have any known food allergies, and after discontinuing use, my skin has started to clear up. I'll be switching to a different brand with a much lower dosage, as research suggests that 1 to 10 billion CFU with 10+ strains is sufficient for adults.
