I plan to start baby led weaning shortly with my daughter. I looked at other spoons available and was concerned that the spoon part was too flat and would not hold enough food. This spoon does not have that issue. It has a nice lip and is deep enough to hold some purees and mashes on it for my baby to get into her mouth. The grip and handle of the spoon has nice texture on it and the spoon part is soft enough that I know it will not hurt her gums if she bites into it. I really like the soft mint / sage colored spoon. My only wish is that they offered more pastel colors.

These spoons are not only pure and safe, they have a deep scoop shape that helps hold the food without spilling! The textured handle is also a favorite for our baby to chew on.I don’t mind him eating or chewing on these spoons since they are made out of the highest quality silicone possible! Yay otter love!

I bought these for my grandson for his First experience with silverware. They were just the right size for a little hands and the plastic is soft, so easy on his gums. He is using more grown-up silverware now but LOVES to teeth on these so we put them in the freezer and gnaws away on them to his heart’s content !!

So far we really like these spoons. We have run them through the dish washer multiple times and they've held up fine. We also really like the material so that it is easier on baby's gums. I wish i bought these when my child was younger. I think they are perfect for teething age, and a child who is learning to feed themselves. The material is soft on the mouth, very well made.

This little spoon is perfect for my 7 month old Granddaughter. It is so soft so it is safe for baby who wants to "feed" herself. It is also a great little teether. The only thing is the spoon did stain a little with some baby foods, like carrots. I also bought the Otterlove suction bowl which is also very soft and easy to grasp and hold. Awesome products!

My son started teething at a very early age, these helped me with feeding him because someone of the other spoons were a little bit too sharp on his gums. And it's good for him to hold himself and practice eating. He uses them mostly as a chewing toy, but I don't mind.
