Well, Amazon like I always say you’ve done it again I was so excited when I got on and I looked on here and I said I hope I can find a remote that matches are bad again because I don’t know what we’re gonna do we’re in our 60s and my husband has cancer and I have rheumatoid arthritis and other things going on and we lost our remote and I didn’t think I would be able to find another one and you had the exact same remote and I think you so much and it works exactly the same. It is identical to the one that I had and it was easy set up , the directions were so easy to follow and I thank you so much. I love you Amazon.❤️‍🔥🥰🙏😇

So, my girlfriends stupid dog took it upon itself to chew on and destroy the remote control for my bed. I tried to call the store that I bought the bed from, but they told me to call the manufacturer. I decided upon Amazon instead and found exactly what I was looking for. I think the $129.00 price tag was way too much, considering I've seen what's inside of these things, cheap electronics. However, being left with no choice, I paid the ridiculous amount.Setup and pairing was a breeze. The instructions for doing so were clear and concise. The remote works perfectly and my bed is once again adjustable. In a pinch Amazon had what I needed, but being that the bed was new and the adjustable base was a brand new model, there were no other places to shop around for a better price.

My bed is working again thanks to this company. The staff are very pleasant. They helped me program the remote in less than 1 minute.

I had to call Tech support to get my remote to work. The gentleman I talked to was very professional and very polite. He help me to get the remote to work.Delivery was fast and I would recommend them for your remote control needs. We bought ours to work with a Serta adjustable bed. Great service and support!!!

This came promptly after I accidentally put in the washing machine, ruining the original! I tried the store I bought the bed from and they did not have a replacement.This was a life saver as my bed was stuck in zero gravity 🫣

The only thing I'd complain about would be the price but that is not the vendor's fault. Damn corporate greed when you can pick up a universal tv remote for 50$ or less
