I have a finicky little 7 lb 17 year old Chihuahua who is very hard to feed. I opened this up put it in a bowl it has a lot of juice and it's very small cubes of meat which she absolutely loves and finishes the whole bowl. I recommend

When I can't free feed kibble during the day and need my dogs to eat on schedule, I use this to entice them to eat their food asap. Always does the trick!

This is the first time I've ordered this product and my dogs do seem to really enjoy it but it was shipped in a plastic bag and three of the pouches were squished open sometime before it reached my mailbox. It smelled horrible so I had to wash the pouches that survived shipping. This product is too expensive to lose three pouches due to poor packaging.

First off, I have to say that I am taking my dogs word with regard to the flavor of this food topper. 😉. But given the fact that he’s an incredibly picky eater and he gobbled this down, licked the bowl and then looked at me for more, I’d have to say he’s giving it a four paws up rating. Another HUGE bonus, in my opinion, is that I was able to easily push his medication into the soft chunks and hide the pills, tricking him into eating them with zero hassle. (Just don’t tell him I’m doing this, as I’d be very upset with you. 😅 You have no idea how hard it is to get this little guy to take his meds!) I was so pleased with his reaction to this product that I immediately ordered the chicken flavor (Top That Tummy), so I could have a variety to offer my picky pup. While the price of this product is not cheap, I find it to be well worth the money. Considering I was buying pulled pork, shredded chicken and beef from Costco to entice my dog to eat and take his daily medication, these packets are a small price to pay in comparison. And remember, these aren’t intended to be the entire meal, but rather a tasty topping for kibble or other dog food to entice your pup to clean his bowl. I’m thrilled with this product, and am hopeful that my fur baby will continue to love it. So far, so good!

I like to add the pouch to a can of food and carrots and green beans, then add a scoop to a small amt of kibble. Works well for several meals for my older dog
