my expectations for this knife was not high at that price but after initial use cutting up a batch of vegetables and steaks I was more than impressed. I would put this knife up against my J.A. Henckel knife at a third of the price. the knife has plenty of weight and is easy and comfortable to use.

I am so glad I bought this knife. I will be buying the shorter version soon. It is well balanced and stays where I put it (does not wiggle) on the food. It's well balanced and a nice addition to my kitchen. I would so recommend this. It's made jobs easier and food look better.

I was really excited for this knife but it arrived in what looked like used condition with smudges and scratches on the knife. The finger "guard" was a joke and basically useless since it doesn't fit your fingers very well at all.
