The windows arrived very well packaged and in good condition..they were just what we were looking for.

Not great quality
One of the locking pins broke on the third use. Otherwise its a good quality window. I would look for an alternative if I were shoppong for another one.

Perfect!
Got lucky and the trim ring was perfect for my wall thickness. Came with everything except the hole.

Avoid this window!
The extruded aluminum frame is too weak to receive the screws which hold the unit together. It’s one to avoid y’all. You will fight it and fight it. Not happy about this purchase. I hope they refund me my money.
