Great product. I had a windbrella once before and it was stolen. So when I replaced it I found this new windbrella to be as good as the older heavier version I had. Love it.

Best umbrella ever, especially when the wind is howling. I passed many umbrellas that gave up the ghost because of a gust of wind. The one held up.

When I was just out of college, my budget was tight but I was tired of flimsy, disposable umbrellas that turn inside out in the wind, or the canopy comes off of the spokes constantly. I found this Windbrella and saw it had a lifetime warranty and splurged for it. More than 10 years later, I still use it and it still looks good too. It has a great weight to it, good width to keep you dry, and I like the soft handle. (At one point the handle got sticky but rubbing alcohol got that right out.) I guess it's the mesh or the double canopy design that keeps it from getting inverted by the wind - whatever it is, I've never had that happen. Highly recommended, especially for new graduates who are starting professional employment, commute by public transportation, or are in another position for which a dependable and elegant umbrella would benefit them. I know it'll last *at least* a decade, probably several decades.
