Excellent Examples and Diverse Cases
When used in conjunction with 'Hacking the Case Interview', 'The Ultimate Case Interview Workbook' provides an excellent foundation for case interview practice. While I had also purchased and read Case Interview Secrets and Case In Point, Taylor Warfield's books do a much better job providing examples and offering different/updated combinations of frameworks. For people who learn best by reading through example problems and attempting practice problems, this book provides a wide breadth of cases that will give you a good taste of what you may be asked in interviews.Using these two books as a foundation, I was able to land 5 job offers from MBB, the big four, and boutique life sciences firms. In my 33 interviews, I would say that ~25 of them had cases that were similar/relevant to those in 'The Ultimate Case Interview Workbook'. I did not get a single case that was like the examples at the end of Case In Point (although those were still good to practice).I highly, highly recommend this for anyone going through the case interview process.

A must-have for those interviewing with any management consulting firm
I bought this book to get more practice and improvement with the dreaded case interviews. The author provides very good problems and cases for this. The book is a great starting point for learning how to think like a true consultant. I found the cases challenging, but rewarding. You get to learn a great deal about making frameworks, doing consulting math, and forcing yourself to make a recommendation. I have definitely improved my interviewing skills significantly after completing this book.

Finally, some high quality cases and practice problems
I've been looking for good cases to practice for my upcoming interviews. A lot of case books were hit or miss in terms of quality. This book has 15 high quality cases that I could do on my own. Each question and answer is on a separate page so you can do them at your own pace. The framework practice problems were also very helpful for me - I had previously struggled with coming up with original MECE frameworks.

Tansformed the way I think about Business Problems
This book is great not just for those who want to build a consulting career but also for pretty much anyone who wants to understand the basics of how to think like a businessman. Very simple and straightforward but immensely powerful book. Just wish there were more cases. 15 is too small.

Structured case questions and answers
This was a solid consulting case book which breaks down the different types of case questions. In particular, I found the practice cases in the latter half of the book the most helpful. The answers are listed on a different page which makes it easy for one to practice solo. Using this book led to a graduate offer at a MBB - really glad I came across this resource!

Loved the way the book frames the solutions to each problem!
I had previously been given feedback on my interviews to be more “structured” with my answers. The way this book approaches developing frameworks and how to answer qualitative questions is so clear and concise. After working through them, I feel much more confident in my case interview capabilities. I highly recommend this book to anyone learning to get more practice with case interviews!

Exactly the type of practice I needed
This workbook goes straight into all of the types of questions you could see in a case interview. I used this book to work on my quantitative skills, primarily for market sizing and estimation questions. I then skipped to the practice cases, which were actually interesting and fun to do! Would definitely recommend to anyone prepping for their consulting interview

Fantastic resource to supplement other case prep books
The cases are unique and interesting to read and do. While the book provides a brief overview of case interview strategies, this book is mainly meant for practicing cases. To learn how to do cases, I’d recommend Hacking the Case Interview. This book is a great supplement because many case interview prep books do not provide that much practice.

A lot of great practice problems to hone your case solving skills
I have read multiple case books (Victor Cheng, David Ohrwall), and I realize a lot of authors tend to write unnecessary stuff. As helpful the intent might be, it actually leads to more confusion on the part of the reader. After having read Taylor's first book (Hacking the case), I have been a huge fan of the simplicity and crispness with which he can convey his ideas. However, I realized that the first book was slightly lacking in practice problems. This book seems to be the second part of his series: a book with multiple problems in both specific topics so that you can deep dive on your weak areas, or full blown practice cases. Specific topics include: - Framework questions - Market sizing - Brainstorming - Interpreting charts - Business judgement - ProfitabilityApart from the above, there's 15 full blown cases, ranging from easy to hard difficulty so that you can track your progress. This really helped me hone my skills and comparing it with his solution helped me find gaps in my solving set. I would recommend doing 1-2 cases initially and check your level and then do more after you have done deep dives on each specific topic that you want to address.Note: One downside though of the series format is that in case you are learning concepts from the basics, I would recommend purchasing his first book (Hacking the case interview).Apart from the above, if you're looking for solid practice, look no further, this is the book for that! This book made me confident in my ability to hack cases for my consulting interview with top tier firms (fingers crossed).
