Just when you thought they couldn't make it cheaper, they make it cheaper. Thinner gauge metal on handle means it bends when you pull on it. What handle bends when you use it? Poorly made plastic parts look like they didn't even try to make them correctly. I took a few parts out of the new one to fix the old one. How much would they charge if they made it right? 2x? 3x? No problem. I want that one.

Great unit, you might need to replace 2 screws.
Appreciated that I could replace a broken 40 year old sliding door lock so inexpensively. The only issue is that both door handles that I purchased, included screws that were too long for the unit. My handyman actually used the screws from my old door locks. With used parts, this door look is wonderful. I would buy again and just purchase 2 new screws. Amazing value and very easy to install (with the correct screws).

Edges sharp.
The edges need to be not sharp. Everybody puts their hands on the handle. So far two people have cut their hands. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Wait until you sell one to a lawyer.
