Media Literacy

I bought this book for a class I was taking at the college level. Before taking this class, I had no experience to speak of with media literacy. This book is very informational. It is a lot to take in but it is explained in a way that is easy to understand.

This book is just full of wonderful insights about how media shapes our society. It has up-to-date examples of TV shows and movies that college students can easily recognize and relate to.I'm glad my teacher, Brother Stout, required us to read this book. I'm loving my COMM 200 class here in BYU-Hawaii.

This book has a lot of good and interesting information about media consumption and gives the reader a good idea of how the media affects our thinking and perception of the world around us. It also gives insight into the media world and the schemes they use to grab our attention. It is easy to read but is not a thrilling read.

This must not be the most recent addition as some of the information is a bit dates.

It was good quality when i got. satisfied.
