These work great. I have two Rigid sideshooter lights mounted to these on a tractor and are very durable and don't move. Great value and makes installation and moveability much easier.

Missing one round magnet and also there is a cut in the rubber on another magnet

Took a gamble on these and decided to try mounting a solar panel to my car roof. These suckers hold on TIGHT! With the rubber base, I physically cannot push hard enough to move the solar panel, and taking it off is a 2 person job. The downside is the magnets werent dipped in rubber, they had a rubber shell glued into them, and that glue is coming apart out of the box. I expect to have to reglue them with time, but for the price and strength of hold I'm ok with that.

Excellent magnetic holders for my light. I put this twin magnets on the proof of my Jeep to hold a 7" round light pods. It works great and sticks firmly even on a bumpy way. Should have another one for my jimny.
