SweetWorksSixlets Shimmer, Gold, 2 Pound

These are nice and I used them at a baby girl shower to spread around the room for some “pink” edible decorations. The bag is huge and it was way more than needed. The candy was fresh and the quality was good. I rated it 4 stars because the taste of the chocolate was just “meh”.

I've always loved Sixlets. These were great! A small percentage (10% maybe) had cracked or broken candy shells, but yes, these ARE delicious!

Before ordering this product, as I always do, I read the answered questions and other reviews before ordering the item for myself. I learned that although it says in the questions that they are sent with foil and ice packs, unfortunately, they are not. I live in Florida and ordered these in the peak heat of summer, so I planned to stay home and stalk the mailman. I was able to get them almost immediately after they were placed in my mailbox, so one problem solved. Next, I read sometimes they were broken or chipped, which was not a problem for me, since I was using them to make cookie mix favors for a baby shower I am hosting. By the way, I do not recommend doing that unless you hate yourself. It's so so so messy, even if you use a shower curtain to contain some of the mess. Next, I knew I needed 3/4 of a cup of candy per favor, and I was trying desperately to figure out how many cups are in 2 lbs of candy. I checked the questions and lo and behold someone asked and it was answered. 24 cups it said! Perfect I thought since I was making about 22 or so of them, I could have a small amount left over for the sweets table. There are NOT 24 cups in the bag. There are not even 24 QUARTER cups in the bag. Are there even 24 of ANYTHING in the bag? I'm glad you asked. There are definitely 24 pieces of candy in the bag. There are definitely 24 tablespoons of candy in the bag. There are also most definitely 24 teaspoons of candy in the bag. I don't know if the person who answered the question goes around causing chaos by intentionally answering questions incorrectly, if they don't understand volume, or if they just really suck at math, but there were only about 5 3/4 scant cups in my bag. Now I'm going to have to go to Walmart and get more so I can finish the favors and stop hating life again. Thanks for nothing.

Barbie party approved! We filled plastic wine glasses with these, they were a tasty, affordable and excellent filler. Will be buying more from this seller in the future.

Pros - great color, so much of them, fast shipping and arrived perfectCons - kinda felt a bit greasy? Also not the same taste as a sixlet which was what I was looking for.Ideally, for parties and color matching. Not the best taste but it's meh. Depends on what you plan to use it for.

The flavor is a throwback! Love them the cost is a little high, but we love them I have them in mason jars on my table just for a quick snack.

Nice addition for color for a snack at a recent wedding shower. Added great color and Flavor was good too!
