This bookcase is so cute, even cuter in person. It’s bigger than I realized, looks like nice quality, super easy to put together but definitely needs wall anchors. Can easily tip. Delivery was delayed a few times and when the package finally arrived it was pretty beat up but the bookcase was in pretty good condition, just one shelf was chipped and it’s in the back so no one will ever see it. Overall I’m super happy with my purchase. If you look through the reviews and see the picture of the shelf being used for pantry storage... that picture is super true to what it looks like in real life. Cutest bookcase ever.

It looks good, but there things I should have considered before buying. For one, there is no backing or anything at the ends that will keep your books from going too far back or falling off the sides. That’s on me though because the pictures clearly show that these shelves don’t have any of that. The other disappointing thing which is in part from the way the pictures label the measurements is that the actual shelves are only 11.4” instead of the 14” I saw in the diagram. That was for the top level only. The legs have a base that is not adjustable and sticks out beyond the body of the shelving unit, which means that you cannot flush the back of the bookcase against wall - specially if you have moulding like I do.All of this things I could overcome (see picture and notice the rope I tied to create a resting point for books) except for how shake this thing is! Nowhere near as solid or rigid as other shelves I’ve bought from other companies. I’m actually going to take the books down and set this shelving unit in the basement and buy proper bookcases, which is sad because I really wanted something deep and sturdy enough to showcase my typewriters along with my books.

I love this bookcase--everything about this bookcase. As soon as I got it together I ordered a second one. Unfortunately, the second one came from a different warehouse or company (someplace in TX) it is a piece of crap. The second one is lighter (feels like plastic not wood) and is really cheap. Try to get the one made in China in 2018 NOT the one made in Taiwan in 2019.

I got this to help my folks organize their space. It's a great style and looks great if you organize it well (matching organized bins, etc.). BUT our order came with a hole in the box about 4 inches deep and whatever pierced the box went right through the top side of the top shelf in the box. Because the unit is high you can't see the massive hole on top and we didn't want to deal with sending it back so we're letting it be, but be aware the shelves are thin and hallow and I'm not sure how much weight this will safely hold. We put a TV on top with the weight obviously dispersed and anchored it to the wall. Again, b/c you can't see the hole it looks stylish.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this. It disappeared off Amazon for a while so when it returned (sadly, at a higher price) I grabbed it!!! I don’t have a pantry but I had a perfect wall in my laundry room!! This took the place of two cabinets that had doors and did not match. This looks so very much nicer and our items will be much easier to find. If you think You need it you probably do. And it took me (in my 60’s) just one hour to put it together!!

Looks good and very functional. Easy to build also.
