Ube Extract by Butterfly 2 oz

I absolutely love this ube extract! It adds the perfect rich, nutty, and slightly vanilla-like flavor that makes traditional Filipino desserts taste authentic. I love using this in my lattes. It’s a little messy to pour tho and will stain so be careful. I wish it had a pipette instead

Happy me, I got my order early than I expected. This ube flavor is awesome I couldn't find it store .I'm glad its always available in Amazon. I used to bake my purple Yam cake.!! Everyone said it was delicious 😋

This stuff is great for my coffees! I add it to my milk and use a skewer to add it in. It doesn’t take much at all to get the flavor you want. Too much will taste quite bitter. The purple color is a plus! It would be ideal if there was a dropper for this, as when you open it it will get everywhere and stains. But I see me having this for a long time!

This product is potent. It will definitely stain your hands or dishes if you use it in porous containers. It is not the easiest to use, as the pouring spout does not have a great way to stop product from flowing. It is difficult to measure out amounts for it, and every time I have used it, I have had to rinse off the bottle because of how much ube extract falls onto the bottle. It is very flavorful and good for adding ube flavorings to products like baked goods, puddings, cakes, ice cream, and so forth. The small bottle is not a detriment because a little goes a long way, making it a great value.

You don’t need much. I use this on my Greek yogurt w a tiny bit of vanilla protein powder. I’m fond of it. I want to use it to make ube cheesecake in the future. I’m excited. Yes it stains easily. But it’s extract, so it’s concentrated. Good quality imo.

I can't get this in my small town or at Walmart so I ordered it. It's very purple, and I have a crinkle cookie recipe I use it in which makes a very pretty cookie. It's an acquired taste that's for sure! My Filipino daughter-in-law told me about it so I tried it, and now I make them every Christmas.

Taste, price, value for the money. Color is very intense purple as it should be. The smell is very ube. My only objectiion was the plastic bottle decanter. Very messy. Designing a nondrip spout would make clean up not an issue. I'll try using a dropper next time, which could have been provided.
