I can’t believe I haven’t tried this product before. Worked perfectly and saved me so much time and effort!

These were easy to install. They didnt scratch my gutters either, which i was worried about as i just got new ones. They didnt move around and hung the lights just right.

There worked perfectly in our perforated gutter guards. We did take the advice of one reviewer and wrapped a small piece of white duck tape at the spot where the hook would hit the ledge of the gutter so there would be no scraping. Seemed to do the trick. Because of that extra effort I gave 4 stars. But really, it wasn’t hard. Very easy to string the “icicle” lights across front of house.

These are an amazing idea when you have gutter guards! So easy to set up and kept my Christmas lights up despite wind and rain.

The holes in my screen are a smaller gauge than most so making these fit was a bit harder than I assumed it would be. And likely any that are bent can’t be repurposed for the next year as they get relatively fragile and will break after they are bent too much.

They did take longer to put up but not much longer and mine were secure without the added duct tape piece on each one. We didn’t have a lot of wind and freezing rain this year so if we had I’m not sure if they would have held but I think they still would have. Buy these and don’t look around for something else because they are wonderful bend easily to fit your wire and attach to gutter guards that have tiny holes large enough to fit the diameter of the clip.I did not use plyers to bend the hook, But I’m in a warmer climate and they being metal bent very easily. I did take plyers flashlight and small ruler and measured out how many holes are between 6 to 8 inches apart and made the clips uniform as was instructed per other reviewers of this product. Also put clip in the hole fasten the wire on uniformly all the way down on the same side of the bulb each time. That was the biggest rip one of you have to me and it was awesome !!! So then I also gently curled each clip under also to make sure to wire would not come out nor the clip and skipped the duct tape on top of each clip. Again I’m not in a windy are nor an area with a lot of snow so you might need the extra if there. I’m not sure. It’s a great product. I removed them yesterday no problems separated the clips and went back in the same ziplock bag from Amazon that they came in. Bought way to many of them but we want to do more lights next year. FYI I also put up lights on the sides of the house but I did NOT use these for that. My roofer advised me not to and said they are made for what they are made for gutter guards….. used old plastic clips for the side ms of the house.

It’s important to wrap the Christmas lights wire around the hook every other hook to secure the lights from the winds. Live in Nova Scotia where the winds can get bad. It worked perfectly

I have gutter guard and this works a lot better than plastic clips of any kind.Easy to pinch the end so that wire stays put and these are half the priceof others listed on amazon.

Great solution for lights with gutter guards

Finally found these hooks so I don't have to remove my gutter guards each winter. They work great and shipping was fast.
