Perfect fit for 1998 MB ML320 with engine no. 112
The part is a direct replacement of my faulty sensor in my 1998 MB ML320. Perfect fit. I have no comment on the part quality or how long the sensor will last. The time will tell. So far so good, I am happy with it. It is not stated in the part description, but this is the part with double clip connecter. When ordering your part, make sure to check how many connectors your part has. How to know when this is the part to replace? The answer: When your car does not start when warm (assuming everything is alright with the battery), or just dies when idling. I had those two things happening to me in one day, so I knew this is the part to replace. There are even reports on the Mercedes forums that the car can die even when accelerating. Luckily, I had bought the sensor in advance, so I had zero down time. After replacing the old sensor, the car is running great and I have no issues starting the car or with idling. The replacement is fairly easy, but the sensor is located in a tight space. If you are interested in replacing the part yourself, there are some good how-to videos on youtube. I followed one of them and that yielded good results. The only way I could detach the old sensor was to use long nose pliers and release the connector from the sensor. I got lucky and the plastic connector didn't break, but that might not be the case for your connector. Just be careful when disconnecting the cable from the old sensor. Overall, I am satisfied with this part and I am going to order another one just as a backup and to minimize again any down time in the future.

Great Fit and Finnish
Perfect fit for my 1998 ML320. Identical to the factory one. Speedy delivery. Just remember an Invertex Torex head bolt holds it down.

Good crank, no start problems.
Car would crank, but would not start. This took care of the problem on the 97 Mercedes E320. Good price.

Worked fine, but that was not the cause of my engine hard start problem, unfortunately. It was the fuel pressure regulator. The CPS was very difficult to get to and had to feel for the hold down bolt.

Fit my 1998 w210 perfectly and resolved the hot engine dies without warning or code problem. If you have a 1998' check your vin first, this was actually the 1997 and prior fitment.

Bosch CPS - Need to verify if you need the 2 tab or 1 tab connector
The website site stated that this CPS would fit my Mercedes C43 but this one contained the 2 tab connector on it. I had to return it and place an order for the 0261210170 which only has the 1 tab connector. When placing an order I needed to verify that I needed the 1 tab instead of the 2 tab and the website did not state that it had 2 tabs.

Arrived on time. As described and good quality. It was difficult when ordering to determine if this was a 1 locking tab or 2 and it was a 2 locking tab as I needed.
