Its non spicy yet very flavourful.
Buy it for your traditional South indian/ North Indian tadkas/tempering. Simply love it in our regular Italian and Chinese sauces. Love it on pizzas too. It's just amazing. Non spicy and perfectly red for that awesome dash of colour.

Not what we expected
We were keen to purchase the genuine "Kashmiri dried Chillies" as the locally available type tastes very "hot" - and we would like the milder Kashmiri variety. The Shirish type is found to be rather "hot". We are still keen to obtain the milder type - any suggestions ?
