China GlazeNail Polish, Dorothy Who? 857

I bought "Dorothy Who?" specifically because of the name, which combines my love for The Wizard Of Oz AAAAND Doctor Who - I finally bought it a few years after the collection was re-released in 2009 (it was fiiirst released in 2001 but fervid collectors made China Glaze bring it back much later) - and even though I already had China Glaze's "Skyscraper" which is very similar.Dorothy Who is a gorgeous blue that requires 2-3 coats (3 thin coats) to become opaque. It's a kind of jelly, medium blue base, with blue and silver glitter. And, it's much more gorgeous in person than in pictures (especially my picture; my camera has a hard time with glitter). There is a reason for the hype!

Loved the color, needs a second coat but will buy it again when it runs out. Amazing nail polish that really makes a statement. I strongly recommend!

This really is a great glitter polish, but don't be fooled by the picture up here it is 100% a glittter polish. Pure blue glitter in polish, but it is very very pretty. Yet sort of hard to get off if you don't have pure acetone remover!!!

This polish is just WOW! Gorgeous gorgeous color! Went on like butter! Did take 3 to 4 coats but was well worth it. Drys quick and lasted me a week plus No chips with seiche vite as mythopoetic coat. I'm a big fan of china glaze after this polish

Wasn't what I expected - thought it would be more of a glitter coat without the tint. Great color to add to any nail polish collection tho

Just like the Ruby Pumps in the Wizard of Oz collection it is much more beautiful in person. It is exactly what I wanted and it got to me nicely packaged and on time. I am not that into blues but this polish is a must have.

This is a very pretty Tardis blue. The color is opaque after 2 coats and has a great richness to it. I like to use super shiny top coats and it looks awesome over this color.

i love this color its seriously my favorite for the collection i love how opaque it is and pairing it with other colors or layering ontop of other polishes makes it stand out even more!!

Fabulous colour either on it's own or over other nail polish
