AquaJogger Sqoodle - Blue

I bought this because I switched gyms and my old gym used them and I liked it. The new one just uses cheap pool noodles. I wanted to use the same equipment I had been using so I bought my own. I love it. It is must sturdier and more resistant then the cheaper noodles so my workout in the pool is better. I am already noticing a difference. I sure wish they would bring back the thin and long sqoodles. Unfortunately they are discontinued because of their supplier. I still get a great workout with this one.

In our water aerobics class we normally use the round noodles, a small one for leg exercises and the larger one for crunches and such. The square noodle is smaller in diameter than the large noodle, and more comfortable to put under your arms for some exercises. It is made of dense foam, like many water bells, and has plenty of buoyancy., yet not too much for leg exercises. It is a perfect replacement for both of the regular pool noodles. I love it! It's longer length is also a plus. It was worth the investment.

Good quality, solid pool float for the pool, spa or pool therapy. I use mine in the spa. Comes in multiple sizes and a good value for the money

This exercise aid has become an essential part of my intensive water aerobics and calisthenics routine. I use it every day during my two-hour aquatic workout. High-quality material. Square design keeps the noodle in place for leg exercises to strengthen my knees. Enables comfortable underwater leg presses and lifts. It's also great for fun time and what I like to call "sea horsing," bobbing around in the pool and relaxing. It has better buoyancy than most noodles. Love this tool!

this noodle is good, it is not styrofoam which i could not use, so this is great.

Came well packed and in perfect condition! A little late but still in a timely manner! I am anxious to start using it .

My physical therapist showed me how to sit on this and exercise arms by paddling it forward and backward...all arm muscles get a workout this way. Leg exercises and water "running" work this way, too. The square shape is much more stable than round ones. Just pull it between your legs and adjust so the front end sits below your chin. Then paddle away without hurting your joints.

Very dissatisfied with this product. Looked like two in the picture when it was only one.

The Spoodle is difficult to grip when using in water, so of course it makes it difficult to do any water exercises. Also it has hard ridges on it so when I was doing squats in water I cut my foot on it. TERRIBLE product.
