Having looked at loads of these tumblers and been shocked at the prices charged, this one seems to be a bargain. Very well made and comes with everything needed to get started. Good sized strong drum and sturdy, professional feel base. Useful timer and speed controls. The drum on mine came with the additional metal end (not shown in picture) which does make it run ourt of true on the rollers as others have mentioned, but it pulls off easily and seems better for not having it on there.

This product is advertised on Amazon as having a British plug! It in fact comes with an American plug! Therefore a step up machine is needed to use this machine!!! Appart from that it’s good value for it’s money!!!

I really like this product. It's no-nonsense design is easy to use and robust enough for the intended purpose. It does what it says on the tin! I've been using it for a week and am impressed so far. I'm looking forward to having some lovely polished stones in a few more weeks, that I can use in my jewellery making. The gems included in the kit are nice and the booklet hsd lots of useful info for a complete beginner.

Bought for my partner who is interested in crafting with Seaglass. This works very well although it does take several days for each load to become smooth and Seaglass lime. We use sand from the local beach and it works fine for Seaglass. However the pebbles supplied while smooth haven't polished up to a high shine. Overall this is doing as required. It was bought as a Christmas present and has been going almost none stop for over 2 months. It is a little difficult to open and close the drum but it does have to be waterproof so this is to be expected. I found it quite noisy and we have it running in our garage. I did put some fooam underneath it and that drastically reduced the noise from it.

Disgraceful machine and description saying UK/EU edition which makes it sound like the USA plug issue is resolved, only to find it comes ONLY with a US plug and no UK or EU adapter. So after unboxing, setting it up we can’t actually use it! At the very least an adapter should be included but when the product description says it the correct version then it should be. If you’re thinking of purchasing this, don’t bother, it should not be for sale in the UK. To top it off, this was a Christmas gift and it was delivered without an outer box so the whole postal network not only saw what it was but so did the recipient several days before Christmas when they collected the mail.

Faulty Advanced Professional Tumbler purchased and received by 7th August 2020. When I went to check on the tumbler which had been on for 6 days on setting 2 speed and medium size grit to find that the tumbler barrel has blown up like a balloon. I immediately switched it off from the power and removed it from my garage and placed it in a box in the garden just incase it explodes. I can not send it back for it is too dangerous for me to handle. I am so disappointed that I can't see the stones that have been tumbled so far. I wish for a refund as I am not wishing to use or proceed with the rock tumbling experience for it has made me scared of what could have happened if it had exploded? Please can you refund me for the tumbler machine. I can send the actual tumbler machine back if required but I won't send the barrel back for it hasn't had the pressure released and I'm not going near it whilst it is all blown up like a balloon. Please advise me on what to do to get a refund for the faulty equipment. Kind Regards E. Dyer.

Bought this for my 11year old son for Christmas. Sadly after a few days of tumbling, it stopped working. However, I used the QR code on the information leaflet to contact customer service via WhatsApp. What great customer service! A replacement arrived within 24 hours. It’s working well and he’s just checked his stones after the first week of tumbling and they’re looking great. I’d really recommend this as a present

I bought one and it worked faultless, I ordered another one but it did not run anywhere near the speeds of the first machine, I noticed that the front roller ( not motorised ) did not run as freely as my first machine. I sent it back and ordered another one however this again had the same problem so have had to send it back. 1 out of three is not a good record. It is a shame as I have been very satisfied with my first machine

Die Trommel ist aus relativ festem Gummi und hat ausreichend Platz für 5 Kieselsteine mit ca. 5cm Durchmesser. Packt man zu viele Steine in die Trommel, dann dauert das Polieren länger oder funktioniert nicht weil die Steine sich nicht genügend bewegen können. Die Trommel ist dicht und läuft ganz gut… allerdings mit einem hörbaren Geräusch. Am besten man stellt den Tumbler in die Garage und lässt ihn dort laufen. Man kann die Drehzahl einstellen und mit einer Tages Laufzahl einstellen nach wie vielen Tagen das Gerät sich abschalten soll. Wichtig ist, dass die die Steine sich gut bewegen und die Trommel dadurch rund läuft. Na ja, und immer wieder betone ich das man Zeit braucht. Nach 5 bis 7 Tagen kann man dann die Trommel öffnen und den Inhalt ausspülen… Trommel und Deckel reinigen und mit der nächsten Poliermittelstufe befüllen… frisches Wasser einfüllen… Trommel gewissenhaft und mit Gefühl verschließen und los gehts. Viel Erfolg.

works great! variable speed, day timer both work amazing! my only suggestion would be to enclose replacement lid seals, we wore through the rubber on the inside of the lid after only about 2 batches run through. otherwise quite happy with the purchase! just keep rollin'!
