It's just what I wanted
This bike trainer stand does just what I wanted it to do. Because of a knee injury my orthopedist told me to ride a bike at rapid RPMs and low resistance. I'm not trying to train for strenuous bike rides or races. The trainer is very sturdy. It has one control that allows me to very the resistance. This trainer was a cost-effective way to get the exercise I need.

Great product for the year round biker.
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother who is a active biker in the summer months. Helped him assemble it and he loves it. Different resistant levels help him challenge himself daily.

NOT ADJUSTABLE FOR ONE SPEED BEACH BIKE
I did not realize this trainer was not adjustable for one speed bikes I bought it to use with my new beach bike during the winter. The connections for the rear tire are too short for a one speed bike.

Not a great product at all. Its not sturdy at all. Fell off twice. And if you are over weight. Its not a great choice. Its better off to ride bike out doors or at parks and enjoy the great out doors
