Nordic Ware 45306AMZM Quarter Sheet, 2-Pack Bakers, Aluminium, Silver

This is an American quarter sheet. My UK oven wasn't big enough to take a half sheet sized tray! I've purchased these after seeing them recommended on America's Test Kitchen (it's on YouTube). I'm so glad that I did. I use them for cooking frozen foods and for baking. They conduct heat so efficiently and it's noticeable in the food. Breaded fish would often have a soft underside when baked on my standard trays. On these, the bottom is just as crunchy as the top.

You can tell straight away that you've got a quality product. These trays are thick and have a good weight to them. I wish I'd invested in them sooner.

These sheets are amazing. Classic Baking sheets that I will keep for the rest of my life, unlike the Teflon ones which scratch, rust and lose their toxic coating into the food. These sheets clean easily and look cool too. I love them. Fits British ovens perfectly.

Ina Garten trays. They are wonderful.

Says this is for 2 trays but only 1 arrived. I've seen somewhere else on here that someone said the same. Not happy!

Ma femme a demandé deux demi-plaques Nordic Ware. J'ai fait confiance à Amazon et j'ai commandé ces casseroles car elles étaient répertoriées comme étant des demi-plaques. Bien qu'ils aient la taille indiquée, 32,7 x 2,5 x 24,1 cm, ce n'est PAS la taille indiquée par Nordic Ware pour leur demi-plaque, 41 x 28 x 2,5 cm. Ma femme les a utilisés pour cuisiner avant de remettre en question la taille, il est donc trop tard pour les rendre. Ce sont des plaques de cuisson QUARTER.
