Very Accurate Description
I like when the description of used books are accurate. This is especially important in a legal casebook because the amount of highlighting and writing in them can sometimes cause the book to become useless. By accurately describing the level of "mark up" it helps greatly to choose the best "marked up" version in a law students price range. Thank you for accurately describing this book!

Book rental
Book was used when I received it, with notes from a prior owner in pencil. Although it did not cover the text I needed to read. Good rental!!

The description of the item and the actual conditions of it matched. Little highlighting, some pen notes, the book was in good conditions

The book is in good condition. There are lots of highlighted paragraphs left by the previous owner but will not affect the daily reading. Works for my course just fine.

To the editors of this casebook:
Dear Contracts Casebook Editors,Please, please, for the sake of thousands of law students yet-to-be, hire someone to proofread this mess. I can barely get through a section without some goofy duplicate text, weird hyphenation, or misused word. Somebody on this team of editors seems to think he/she is clever, but many of the notes are confusing and random. Contracts is my least favorite subject, primarily because of this horrible book. There is no excuse for such sloppy editing. You can (and should) do better.

Hilarious book if you like contracts. A good historical survey as well as plenty of modern cases, especially in the intellectual rights, IT, and real estate contracts.

Excessive outlining and annotations.
All there but has been outlined by multiple students with lots of annotations in the margins. ‘Acceptable’ for the price as it is readable but the markups are pretty distracting when trying to read it.
