Devney Perry writes wonderful heartfelt stories people you really learn to care about. They have real struggles but find the strength to move forward and take a stand to do what’s best for themselves and those they love. In this book, two lovers lose touch after an anonymous ONS that leads to a pregnancy. The mom moves to Montana to raise her baby. The h is a great character who moves beyond her own tragic childhood to give her daughter the best life possible. This is the story of what happens when the child’s father unexpectedly runs into them in their small town. The 6 yo Charlie is a tomboy and such a fun character! Logan is living his wealthy and privileged, but hardworking, life in NYC. This is small town girl meets big city lawyer. I loved the characters plus a lot of the secondary characters. There are some subplots with a stalker and some ow drama to give the book other action than simply how this couple could or should try to work out a relationship given their vastly different stations and lifestyles. There is a really fun epilogue set 3 years in the future. I felt the chemistry, passion, and love between this couple and I was impressed how the author resolved their struggles with distance, career goals, lifestyles, status, etc. Devney Perry has definitely become one of my top authors for delivering consistent 5* novels!

It didn’t take me long to fall in love with this story. The characters were so well written, the plot was perfect, and the chemistry was off. the. charts! Logan and Thea were made for each other and with each page I fell harder and harder. Bring Charlie in, and dang… she was the icing on the cake.The side characters were also extremely important to the story and I loved getting to see how they all fit together and got along. The trash to treasure theme was so so so well played and even though in some instances it was quite literal, it was still moving and wonderfully written in the theoretical sense too.At this point in my reading career I have yet to read a Devney Perry book I didn’t love to pieces and this one is no different. From start to finish this story will have you trapped under its spell and it’s not one you can fight. I highly recommend reading this one becauseThea will have you rooting for her and Logan alone will have you swooning from the very beginning.

This is my first second chance romance and as a person who really doesn't care for the pregnancy trope, I was surprised to find myself such a sucker for the whole secret baby thing. Wonders never cease to amaze. The author does a great job of chiseling out both of the main characters backgrounds and creates a good storyline without adding in any unnecessary or unbelievable drama. It's such a well written and believable story that by the end all of the characters feel like real people to me and I'm eager to read Jackson and Willa's story just to get myself back to Park Cove. The epilogue was amazing.

Thea and Logan! I love a good secret baby romance, and this one didn't disappoint. I have just started reading Devney Perry books, and I'm enjoying them. To me. When there's a child that is a main character and a book that either make it or they break it and to me Charlie made it she was written Perfectly. The narrators were great and made the book easy to listen to, and the writing is great and easy to follow. My only complaint about the books I have read so far by Devney Perry is that I want to know the bad guy throughout the book I don't feel as if the stalker part really needed to be a part of the storyline but it didn't make me hate it I just didn't see that it fit. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This book had it all to me. Made it to books I have to own for my library list. Thea is a fantastic mother and Charlie is a shy sweet tomboy who will tell you what she’s thinking. And honestly book husband of the year goes to Logan Kendrick hands down. What an amazing book. I truly enjoyed it. I love the authors writing style too. I love that it’s always straight to the point but captivating at the same time. It has a great plot and I love the dynamic of the characters. This was beautiful. Thank you!

It is my first dive Into the authors work but I will definitely be continuing with more of her love stories.  Normally I'm a little wary of the whole surprise pregnancy/surprise child trope because there is always drama surrounding the "𝘣𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘦" however this delightful story had none of that. It made me love this story even more.  It has plenty of passion filled moments and times that will tug on your heart strings. Also one of the greatest hea's I've read in a long time. I adored Thea and Charlie and Logan was book boyfriend gold if anyone is looking for another to add to their collection.   This book has a little of everything I love. 1st of all.. why did it take Logan so long to go back and try to find Thea in New York??And then when he finds Thea & Charlie in Montana the only thing he is interested is getting them to move to New York and fit their lives around his... even if it makes them miserable.. the 2 main characters really are from the most opposite of backgrounds and Logan's family are rich, privileged & obnoxious. Eventually Logan comes to see what is important but how can he bring together his New York life and his newly found family in Montana?Would have been 4* if I'd Logan's character a little more!

I loved Thea. I loved how strong minded she was and how she put her child before everything. I did find myself getting frustrated with Logan because he just kept insisting that Thea and Charlie would move to New York to be with him. I felt like there was so much happening in that last 20% of the book and I felt like the stalker story line was added randomly and felt very rushed. I feel like it could have been done a lot better. Overall I did enjoy this book and would recommend it, it’s a good small town romance and I do love Thea and Logan and little Charlie!

What a good start to my reading year I am having. This book was the kind of romance where every now and again I had to stop what I was reading just to swoon, sigh and think about how much I was enjoying it. It was also a story that had me hooked. I was seriously finding it difficult to put down, especially during the second half. I quickly fell in love with "Tattered" and remained in love throughout every chapter.What made this book so special for me was the beautiful second chance love and the two main characters who were just perfect for one another. I adored both Thea and Logan. I loved everything about them. Thea was so lovely and after discovering her heartbreaking back story, I realised how much she needed a man like Logan in her life. Logan was gorgeous to begin with, but as the story progressed he just kept doing so many wonderful things. That man earned so many bonus points from me. He had all the good things going for him and he just kept getting better and better.I had heard amazing things about this author, so I had high hopes for my first Devney Perry read and she didn't let me down. I enjoyed Devney's style of writing, which flowed so beautifully, telling me a story that captured my heart. She also created brilliant characters that I loved getting to know. I can't wait to read more from this series and also other work from this author. I have quite a few books to catch up on and I can't wait to get started.

This is the first time I've ever read anything by Davney Perry. I see this series everywhere on IG and it comes highly recommended.It gave me all the feels. If you like second chance romance, single mother romance, small town vibe. I recommend this book. I really liked it. I will definitely read the rest in the series.
