Very very very thin. If you usually use jell sock toe pads these have no padding compared to those. In general they are pretty good for feet that have been in pointe shoes for a year or more. If you have sensitive feet letting you know the seam by the pinky toe rubs a bit (it's also on inside of toe pad)

I bought this for my 10 year old for her pointe shoes. I bought large and she wears size 7. Quality is awesome, the brand is bunheads which is owned by capezio. I had to contact costumer service and they were awesome

the fit questions are not appropriate. these are pointe shoe cushions

Love these. They don't show under my shoes- and I always select a low vamp. Awesome product. Durable and great quality!
