There was several negatative reviews I almost didn't buy. Realized I like Amazon cause you can return so I tried. Glad I bought. It's way bigger than expected but love it for that really stands out. Beautiful bits of detail. The clear crystal ball it comes with is amazing. I'll enjoy this piece for life. Glad I went ahead and got. Nothing was wrong with mine came quick to. Thank you.

I am so very happy with this Angel. In a way, see appears as if she cannot see. See sees spiritually through the glass ball. My daughter is blind and when I received this piece, it truly meant something to me.

I bought this as a gift. Unfortunately, the first one I got had its nose broken off and it should not be re-sold. Returned and reordered it. Hopefully the next one won't be broken, because it's a beautiful item. I'm giving it five stars for now, in spite of the broken nose.EDIT: The second one I got was fine, but it was just sent in a mylar bag with no padding or protection at all. The beautiful box that it comes in got completely mangled, but luckily the angel and glass ball didn't get damaged. If I'd been keeping it for myself, I would have just kept the second one. But since I was giving it as a gift, I needed a replacement. At this point, I was kicking myself that I'd already returned the first one with the broken nose, because the box on that one had been perfect. Learning my lesson, I kept the second one here until the third one came in. I was hoping that after seeing my comments about the packaging when I requested a replacement, the third one would come in better packaging. Nope. Same thing. Another dented box of course, and a small chip on the angel too, this time. So I kept box number 3, that only had one corner of it dented, and angel number 2 which was perfect. Returned the chipped angel #3 in mangled box #2. Now that I've read another review that pictured a big stain on the bottom, I need to check the angel more thoroughly before I gift it later this week. This is a nice product, IF you have the time and patience to deal with all of the above. But seriously, a consumer shouldn't have to order THREE of something in order to get one good one. Most of this could have been avoided if the FRAGILE product hadn't been sent in just a mylar bag with ZERO bubble wrap or anything to protect it. The first one I got came in a box with air pillows in it, and the gift box was perfect, as I said. I was surprised when the second one arrived like it did, in just a bag. I was sure that after the replacement request and my complaint about the crushed box and lack of protection, that some effort would be made on the third one. Shopping here can be so frustrating at times. I'm docking a star, because it's a nice product but too much hassle to buy! And, I wish I could gift it in a perfect box.

It’s very beautiful. When I fully taken it out of the box it has a very bad odor. On the bottom has a stain and in the bag it was wrapped in. I’m glad I wasn’t gifting it.

It's gorgeous. I bought it for my grandma. The only issue I have is the box it came in from the manufacturer was not well made the bottom came unglued. So I'm going to have to fix it with some hot glue or super glue.
