This does not work with the Swoop Poles and Feather ...
This does not work with the Swoop Poles and Feather Flags. It is a swivel base and the deminsions on the base are smaller than the swoop pole.

Works great.
Works great with our feather flags. I like that it will swivel and turn with the wind so that we don't have to worry about the flag pole breaking in heavy winds. No problems except that kids will sometimes steal them, so we purchased extras.
