After much trial and error with different cameras I finally decide on this one because of its PTZ functions and the great price. This is made by Hikvision so you know it's quality.The camera is made of anodised aluminium and is very solidly made and looks real quality. It has the option for installing and SD card up to 256 GB. I installed a 128 GB just as a back-up even though I'm recording on an NVR. Access to the card slot is gained by removing the black plastic infrared light cover and undoing four screws and then removing the dome.I confess I had issues trying to get this to work with my Annke NVR but that was mainly down to me misunderstanding the manual that came with the NVR.But back to the camera, the day light picture quality is superb and the zoom function really brings out every detail. I was blown away with the picture quality considering it's 4 mega pixel and not 4K. Night vision works well using Darkfighter technology. I think the idea of it is the red lights are not so obvious so it doesn't attract the bugs and give of false motion detections like many infrared lights can do. It may not be as intense as some but it does a good job, and anything that stops false motion detections is a bonus. Picture attached.I didn't bother with the mobile app as I'm using the one with my NVR so can't comment on that but the controls work very quickly remotely and you can set the pan /tilt speed using Guarding Vision Client that comes on the provided disc.You can also type in the IP address of the camera using Internet explorer , Chrome or Firefox and use the management page for the camera from there.I have to say also that the customer support in China have been fantastic. I had problems changing the IP address of the camera, not the cameras fault, the problem was I had downloaded the old SADP software. Kevin the technician helped me through it using "team viewer" remote control. He stayed sorting it out for 2 hours plus It was gone midnight in China before he was able to go home, amazing. I cannot fault their response time to queries and getting back to you, they really can't do enough for you to sort any problems out, superb. I highly recommend this camera if you want more flexibility with the PTZ functions and I think the price for such a great quality camera is greta value. I highly recommend.

Like most people on here I had tried other cameras, we needed something discreet but also wanted PTZ function. This preforms so well and is worth the extra money over cheaper versions. The PTZ is quick, smooth and remains in focused, only low light have I seen it adjusting the focus but still does really well. Set up on Hikvision DVR was very easy, I just clicked the option for DHCP and put in my password of the previous camera. It has many functions over the cheaper versions like PTZ schedule where you can set up different presets for different times of the day, and there are preset image settings that can also be configured for different times. On full optical zoom it can easily pick out registration plates and as it’s 4MP there is further digital zoom if needed. Excellent camera for the money and highly recommended.

Please not this is for the 4MP POE IP PTZ Camera outdoor 4X Zoom, IP CCTV Dome Security Camera IR Night Vision Weatherproof, with SD Card Slot, Motion Detection Onvif.I'm generally not much of a reviewer but I thought I'd put down a few points about this camera.Firstly the features are all in this camera that you would expect and the build quality seems very good.I understand this is a Hikvision OEM camera and the login does look exactly the same excluding any branding. How this fairs with firmware updates time will tell.The pan/tilt/zoom features work really well and the speed can be set are runtime or design time. the focus seems very accurate and fast which is a plus.The integration into Blue Iris was easy and all the features are imported, a note to Blue Iris users please make sure you enable the onvif protocol and setup a users, this is separate the the normal camera user.The only bit that annoys me about the camera (not a show stopper) is the fact that you need to install a plugin to setup the camera and view its stream, this is frustrating and should not be the case in 2020, modern cameras should be able to stream directly to the browser without the need for plugins. Having said that once the camera is setup and installed into Blue Iris you can remove the plugin (I don't trust the software)The cameras setting can be adjusted for day and night performance so can be tweaked for both situations.I like the camera so much I've purchased another and are integrated into Blue Iris as well as Home Assistant.I hope some other potential buyers finds my comments / review useful.

This camera is very clear and the PTZ function is swift and smooth, focusing is rapid, effectively this is new-technology, not those old crappy cameras being flogged off for high prices with turtle speed panning and focusing.The only limitation with this camera is that it has poor nightvision unless supplementary lighting accompanies it. Great for immediate home security but not really something to use for long-range nightvision security purposes unless you have a closed of garden with fences all round where the IR can somewhat bounce around a bit and help brighten up the whole yard.I can see why the nightvision on this is not stellar, it is to do with the fact that this camera doesn't appear to attract spider webs! A big plus point for 'on-house' or under 'eaves' installations.Latest hardware tech, check.Top image quality, check.Complete software configuration via webui, check!!!!

This is a nice camera, with a decent picture quality.However from my experience, movement quality of the video is poor as it does take much movement before pixelation is really prominent. It maybe I have got some settings wrong, but streaming to the computer at a low video resolution and trying various streaming speeds does not fix the pixelation problems.Quite dissapointed in this really good looking product. Tried on several computers of differing speeds.

L'appareil fonctionne plutôt bien pour le prix, zoom optique très bien. Cependant l'enregistrement sur un partage SMB est catastrophique, après un certain temps d'utilisation (un jour ou plusieurs) l'enregistrement ne se fait plus, le disque est indiqué comme non initialisé, il faut relancer l'initialisation et c'est reparti pour quelques jours. J'ai envoyé 2 demandes au sav sans avoir jamais eu de réponse.

Un producto de calidad y facil de instalar.Esta en una esquina en la cornisa desde hace un año a la intemperie, a 5 metros del suelo, todos los días el sol se ceba con ella unas 5 horas. Funciona sin problema, tiene un zoom espectacular, a 50 metros puedes enfocar por la noche y lees una matricula. El zoom y movimiento se puede controlar también en velocidad, guarda posiciones y permite hacer rutas, definir tiempo y saltos, regresar a posición inicial después del tiempo prefijado automáticamente, definir puntos de visionado e incluso el zoom final de cada punto, utilizar led nocturnos o no, por cierto son invisibles al ojo humano. Tiene escucha, y se puede reproducir voz o sonidos mediante un altavoz no incluido. Puedes decidir que puntos utilizar de grabación conforme la hora y se posicionara o realizara las rutas que se fijen.El POE funciona perfectamente, consume lo mínimo y puedes utilizar el básico, no necesitas comprar un dispositivo POE con mas potencia.Opcionalmente se puede reiniciar los días y horas que se programen, no es necesario hacerlo, pero como todos los dispositivos informáticos es mejor un reinicio cada ciertos días.Las configuraciones se guardan y permanecen en la cámara, cuando se reinicia, después del chequeo siempre queda en la posición y zoom establecidos por el usuario.Las grabaciones pueden estar en la cámara o enviarse a otro dispositivo, en mi caso un NAS synology se encarga de gestionar las grabaciones, pero es muy versátil, por ejemplo si tienes una smart TV puedes tener una aplicación para visionarla independientemente de que se este grabando en otro dispositivo o consultándose por internet.Por mi experiencia puedo recomendarla sin problemas, de hecho estoy pensando en comprar alguna mas para sustituir algunas de las que tengo fijas.

Tolle Kamera , preiswert und sehr umfangreich in den Einstellungen .Ich war war auf der Suche nach einer Kamera für den Innenbereich um die untere Etage im Haus zu überwachen.Da wir Haustiere haben , musste die Kamera in den Einstellungen mehr haben , als nur einfache Bewegungsmeldung .Allerdings bin ich auf dem Gebiet "Neuling", in der Beschreibung hier auf Amazon gab es bereits viel , was mir erstmal nichts sagte ...Was habe ich erhalten ?Installation und Deckenmontage sehr einfach , Verbindung über POE (Strom übers Netzwerkkabel) bei mir .Hatte ich bis jetzt noch nicht und musste dementsprechend hinzugekauft werden.Die SD Karte einzulegen erfordert ein wenig Arbeit .Der Zugriff auf den Kartensteckplatz wird durch Entfernen der schwarzen Infrarot-Lichtabdeckung aus Kunststoff und Demontieren von vier Schrauben und anschließendem Entfernen der Kuppel erreicht..Dafür ist die Karte dann aber auch gut versteckt und geschützt .Ein Kamera die nach genauer, beiliegender Anleitung ( IP muss dem Netzwerk angepasst werden !!) sehr schnell im Netzwerk gefunden und auch angesprochen wird (per Internet-Browser gelangt man dann ins sehr umfangreiche Menue der Kamera .Hilfreich ist hier , das es alles auf Deutsch ist (einstellbar vor dem Login ! )Dann geht es ans das Einstellen der sehr ,sehr umfangreichen Funktionen und Einstellungen der Kamera .Bewegungserkennung, Linienkreuzungserkennung, Einbruchserkennung, Objektentfernungserkennung, unbeaufsichtigte Gepäckerkennung, Gesichtserkennung und jeweils alles nochmals detailreich einstellbar .Hier ist man dann doch schnell als Anfänger überfordert , allerdings habe ich es am Ende hinbekommen und wurde dafür mit einem Klasse Bild, alle von mir benötigten Funktionen und keinen Fehlalarmen belohnt.Im Menue selbst gib es dann nochmals eine Hilfefunktion die mir als Anfänger sehr weitergeholfen hat .Sehr gut gefällt mir auch , dass das Infrarotlicht aus 4 im "Sockel" angebrachten Lichtern besteht . Diese können bei Bedarf heller , dunkler oder auch aus gestellt werden . Das macht die Cam nachts sehr unauffällig ohne jedoch an Nachtsichtigkeit einzubüßen .Vorsicht : im Menue gibt es den Punkt Wartung = HardwareZusatzlicht aktivieren .Wenn Sie den Haken rausnehmen funktioniert das IR Licht nicht !!Die Kamera ist jetzt Einsatzbereit (speichert auf SD Karte) und über die sehr zu Empfehlende Guarding Vision APP auch übers Handy einstellbar ,- Zugang auch zu den "Sonderfunktionen" der Alarmeinstellungen.Livebild wurde immer schnell aufgebaut .TIP : bei der Installation der App das Handy vom W-Lan trennen , sonst richtig amn eventuell den Zugang falsch ein .Der Zugang selbst ist sehr einfach , einfach den Bar Code scannen .Der Bar Code befindet sich unter der Kamera !!!Somit am besten einmal abfotografieren und sichern .Mansche Apps(es können unterschiedliche Apps genutzt werden) haben auch den Strichcode vom Karton genommen , aber nicht alle.Die größte Schwierigkeit war für mich , die separate Sicherung der Daten über Fritz Box NAS und FTP Servern einzustellen , was aber nur an meiner Unwissenheit lag . Eigentlich ganz einfach , wenn man weiß wie .Die Cam läuft bei mir nicht im 24 Stunden Aufzeichnungsmodus , sondern nur nachts als Alarmbenachrichtigung .Funktioniert als Push und E-Mail mit Bilder versandt .Reaktionszeiten der Cam sind Klasse !!Selbst wenn die Kamera direkt entfernt würde, wären die Alarmbenachrichtigungen bereits raus .Anzumerken wäre noch , das meiner Meinung nach , die Cam baugleich mit Hikvision DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3 ist .Fazit : Umfangreiche, zuverlässige und preiswerte Kamera mit sehr schnellen Alarmbenachrichtigungen .Sehr gut gefällt mir auch der optische 4 x Zoom der bei Bedarf mit digitalen Zoom erweitert wird .
