Works great!
We have an old bathroom fan/nightlight/fluorescent unit. It has always bothered my wife that the fluorescent bulb blinked as it started up, so when the fluorescent bulb stopped working I decided to replace it with this LED. I took the fluorescent starter out of the circuit and installed the LED. It works great and is brighter than the original fluorescent. No blinking!
