Celtic Knot Decorated Handmade Wood Polish Box with Secret Opening

Bought as a gift. And I have to say with moving parts it was built sturdy. It’s not going to break. But it’s great for hiding your secret trinkets. It didn’t order a super big box. So there is that. But the website did a great job at showing the size, etc. very well made and would buy again. I bought this as a gift for a boy, so he could hide his beach treasures and not have his icky brother get his hands on them. LOL. Seriously great product!

Absolutely beautiful box and I love that it can sit out and someone can’t just come alone and open it without asking. Would love a couple more like it with different secret ways to open them up. Definitely pleased with my purchase.

I really like this item. The legs lock the box, as described. The woodwork is excellent. The box is silky smooth, has a nice finish, and the inlay is a really nice touch. I would say the burned carving on mine is even better than the product photo. The product photo is quite accurate. The interior of the box is unfinished but does have the bottom lined as stated (they did a good job of that too). Very happy with my purchase and expect you will be too.

This is a beautiful crafted box . It’s feet in the back were off luckily I was able to glue it back with wood glue. However the secret lock is good until you try to close it back. Made sure it was in unlocked position but the lid would not close easily. I’m hoping it doesn’t cause issues as this is a gift for Christmas. Overall though well done craftsmanship I can really appreciate that.

I think there is some confusion about this box - there is no "puzzle" on this box - the legs do not (as stated in the description) turn at all. There is a nice key and lock on it. The inside is lined in a red velvet-ish material and it has a little velvet lined tray that sits up on the edges so you have two levels to keep things separated inside. The description that L. Carter gives in their review doesn't match the picture of the current product or what I ordered and received. The one I ordered and received is the one pictured now. I'm really happy with it, it's a nice discreet little box where I can keep things from prying eyes. The craftsmanship is solid.I think by "secret opening" the seller means that the hole for the key is recessed into the carved wood and you don't notice it right away???IF I am wrong and this really is a puzzle box, would someone please post the solution?TIA!

Had to glue the leg back on. The corners were damaged in shipping. I had to color them in to hide. Came just in time to be gifted with no time to return. Had to use as is.

The media could not be loaded.  The Celtic knott symbolizes Faith,Love,Loyalty, and Friendship. The box is Beautifully made, with a beautiful Celtic knott detail. Secret box lock on feet works well with a simple twist.

Nicely made box to give to our granddaughter as a prelude to our trip with her to Ireland!

Very pretty and well made box. Mine came with metal rods which hold it closed instead of wooden dowels, so should be stronger. Impressed by craftsmanship
